Congratulations to our three
elementary robotics FIRST
Lego League teams for
successfully completing all
areas of the 2016 Animal Allies
Challenge. Coaches are Mrs.
Wyatt and Ms. Batchelor.
Team 15831, The
Newman Robo Patriots,
received Exemplary in every
area of Core Values. Team
Members are Michael Barrow,
Dylan Cooper, Mario Garcia,
Isaac Torres, Hannah Vidal,
Caleb Windham, and Micah
Woodruff. The Newman Robo
Patriots would like to thank their

Team 15832, The
Newman Robot Warriors, were
recognized for their good team
spirit and for being very
respectful to each other and to
the judges. Team members are
Carter Couch, Travis Holmes,
Joy Mensah, Karina Perez, and
Nicole Spurlock.
Team 29914, Gen. Z
Newman Warriors, impressed
the judges with their
enthusiasm and singing abilities
as they presented their project
to Save the Blob Fish. They
scored in the top third in Robot
Games. Team members are
Dakotta Beesler, Bradin Blair,
Keylee Michaels, Simea Turner,
and Misty Roe. Team 29914
