The Listing Syndication
Manager allows Brokers (or
designated ADMIN) to easily
set up listing syndication
feeds for third-party services
from within the Rapattoni
MLS System.
Syndication is a method for
MLS Participants to authorize distribution of their own
on-market listing data to
consumer portals hosted by
3rd parties. Syndication allows a Participant’s listings
to appear on national portals
such as Zillow Family,
Homes.com, Realtor.com
and ListHub. *
The Listing Syndication
Manager includes an Office
Menu module that allows
Brokers (or designated ADMIN) to opt-in or opt-out of
individual syndication services. An additional menu
option allows agents and
other MLS users to review
which feeds their offices
have opted into. **
Each syndication feed will
require an end-user license
agreement (EULA) that the
Broker (or designated ADMIN) must accept when opting into the service. All acceptance data is stored in
history. MLS staff can also
generate reports showing
opt-in status and EULA acceptance info for all offices
within an individual syndication feed including who
(Broker or ADMIN) opted
into (or out of) the syndication service.
The new Listing Syndication
Manager empowers Brokers
(or designated ADMIN) to
take control of their listing
data in REAL TIME. No paperwork, no fees (from
CincyMLS), no delay.
* Syndication is not the
same as Internet Data Exchange (IDX). IDX (or Broker Reciprocity) is a program that will allow
Participants to display listings from other brokerages
on their own office and
agent websites.
** If you have already Opted
into a syndication service,
you will see "Yes" for your
opt-in status. There is no
need to opt-in again.
All offices are opted into
Realtor.com. You can now
opt-out of syndication services if you choose to do so.




any fees/charges that may apply. Syndication may not be successful until you contact the vendor directly.
Each vendor description contains links
to vendor websites, contact e-mail addresses and contact phone numbers.
Note! If you opt out of syndication by
selecting “No,” your listings will not be
syndicated from that point forward. If
you want your previously syndicated listings removed, you must contact the vendor directly and immediately.

vendor not on the list, please contact MLS for help and procedures.
