Want to show your true Jag pride! Then dress up this week for spirit week. Wednesday Is Winter Naps
day, wear your Pajamas to school! Thursday is Winter Camo day, blend in with the snow! And Friday is
Jag Spirit, wear Northwood Jag spirit wear and our school colors! Unleash your inner Jag and dress up
for spirit week!
“IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN…NORTHWOOD’S ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE!
Each year, Northwood teams up Renton Christian Center to give others the opportunity to have Happy
Holiday meals! There will be a competition between all 1st period classes from Dec. 2-10. The class who
collects the most can foods will win a party for their 1st period.”
Last chance to order yearbooks at the ASB discount rate! Now through Dec 18th you can still pre-order
your yearbook and if you have ASB, get the discount rate of $26. Without ASB it is $30. Want to know if
you’ve already purchased a yearbook? Check out the list posted in the middle hallway that goes from the
commons towards the locker room hallway. If your name is on the list you’re set. If not, then you can
order them at the ASB window or online through Dec 18th. PLEASE make sure you check the list before ordering to avoid

Attention all artists! Northwood Drama Club is holding a contest to design the poster for our
upcoming production of Once Upon A Mattress. The winner will have his or her design displayed on
the poster as well as other publicity materials. The winner will additionally receive two free tickets to
a performance of Once Upon A Mattress. Contest entries must be submitted BY THE END OF SCHOOL
TODAY. Take your posters to Mrs. Todd in room 131.
The 8th grade class photo will be taken TOMORROW Wednesday, December 3rd. This is a late arrival
day. 8th graders will go directly to the gym upon arriving at school for the photo at 10:35 am. Please
make sure you’re on time because we want you in the class picture! Order envelopes are available at
the ASB window or the main office. $18 for a small panoramic picture and $23 for a large. Orders should be given to the
photographer on Dec. 3rd.
Jaguar SportS
The Boys Basketball team travels to Tahoma this afternoon. Be sure to come out and cheer on the
boys!
The Gymnastic team takes on Meeker Middle School tomorrow at Meeker. Come out and watch the Jag girls.
The meet begins at 4:00 pm.
