12 forms back for craft fair - 17 tables taken, 28 left - Ext. 1 week for deadline of forms coming back
Tables are secured from Middle School and High School.
Volunteers for morning: 5:45 am

Concessions:
Bag lunch for $5.00 includes:
Soup, dinner roll, and water starting at 10:30 am
Jamie: Caswell’s to see about 10 dozen soup travel bowls.
Sheena: Sam’s club for 10 dozen dinner rolls, plastic spoons, 5-6 dozen muffins, 10 dozen big water, coffee, paper bags.
Crock pot items: soup, mac n cheese.
Libby and Andrea will run children’s room from 9 – 2.
Sandy will help with concessions and coffee.
Cindy will get card so we can get cups and napkins from Hannaford.
Andrea will bring in foam Christmas ornaments for children’s room.
Cindy and Jean will create flyer to send home to parents for sending in soups, and volunteering.
Next craft fair meeting will be 11/18th at 6 pm for finalizing.
$7,726.92 for spending. Survey with staff the most popular option is Promethean boards. Number 2 option would be
ipads.
Info sent back from Dave Person: Epson Bright link 595 projector, $1750, utilize Promethean software. The High School has
these now. Jean will have a couple teachers that have the boards go to High School to check out the bright Link Projector to
make sure they are compatible.
December 2nd meeting, possible of all going to high school to see the boards in action. Jean will work on this.
Parent-teacher conference days. Will have food for the teachers. Breakfast and lunch for Monday and then Tuesday will be
nothing. PTO Funds: $200.00
Jennifer: will contact Chad at Al’s to see how much sandwich’s will be.
Food for food cupboard due by 20th along with coin boxes.
