This manual described the correct operation methods and maintenance procedures in details on order
to prolong the life of vehicles and provide you with a comfortable riding.

Safe Riding

Inspection is needed before starting the engine to avoid accidental damage to the machine.
This unit is for licensed riders only.
To avoid getting hurt, it is recommended that the driver wears bright clothing, and maintain pro
per distances between vehicles.
Observe traffic regulations strictly and not allow to crash the borderline
Please adhere to all posted speed limits.
Turn signal use should be limited to left/right turns only. Use is not recommended for any other
purposes.
7 Pay careful attention when you are driving on the
across road, parking lots, and passing lanes.
Holding the steering handle by both hands when riding. Make sure your passenger keeps his/
her feet on pedals. .
Tuning or trying to change the original design is forbidden.
Annex shall not affect driving safety and performance of motorcycle, in particular the overload
of electrical system cause danger easily.
Helmet and Jacket

Please wear a safety helmet, wind shield/goggles, boots, gloves, also the passenger.
Don’t touch the exhaust system when it is hot.
Don’t dress in long and big clothes, as it easily affects the safety of the driver.

Spedometer:
Speedometer indicates driving speed of vehicle, km/h in outer
and mi/h in inner.

Turn indicator:
The indicator will be flashing against the position when left or
right turn signal is on.
Thermometer:
It indicates temperature of engine coolant. The temperature gauge needle should always move under
the red mark. Check the cooling system if the needle points the red mark.
High beam indicator:
Blue lights come on when high beam headlight is on.
Odometer:
Indicates the distance covered in kilometers in total.
Fuel indicator:
Indicate oil capacity in fuel tank. The remaining oil is about 1.0 kilometer while needle points to red
area, please add RQ-90 and above.

Key:
There are two keys with the vehicle, keep one key for using in the future.
Ignition switch.
Power on, the power is connected to start the engine.
Power shut off, the key can be taken out.
Turn handlebar to left, insert key, push down and turn anti-clock
wise, the handlebar can be locked, and the key can be taken out.
Attention
Make sure the steering lock is locked when parking. Please try to turn the handle bar to ensu
re the vehicle to be locked. Don’t turn the key
during driving, the handlebar will be out of
control and cause accidents

With main switch ‘ON’, press electrical starter switch
will start.

Attention
Release the button after the engine has started. To avoid engine
start switch
damage, do not engage starter with engine running. Each star
ted can’t last more than 3 second, 10 second interval. Stop to
started the engage, once five times later it doesn’t work, To avoid accumulator over discharge,
when the potential trouble has gone, you can use it.:
The position light, headlight, instrument lights and taillight comes on.

Always use low beam headlight while city driving.
Press passing switch and the high beam headlight will come on to
warn the driver ahead of you if you want to pass him/her.

Attention
The maximum load of helmet box is 10kgs. Make sure the seat lock is
locked. Food easily affected by temperature and combustible materials
should not be stored in the helmet box. Do not leave expensive goods
in the helmet box when leaving the vehicle. Water may enter the helmet
box in rainy or when the vehicle is being washed, take care the store in
these conditions.

Battery
s Battery specification: 12V/6AH.
s Battery is in the middle of the pedal.
s Shut off the main switch, unscrew the bolts on the battery box cover. Remove negative wire connection first, and then remove positive
wire, finally remove the battery carefully. At the same time, let the
fuse inside.

Attention
Start the engine in an unsuitable way may have dangerous. Once start the engine, Setting refueling
cause the motorcycle running forward, when it doesn’t in shoring support. Erect the main stand before
started the engine, when the engine idle speed kick the side stand down. So before driving shall not increase the throttle to avoid the accident, and dangerous. Don’t start engine in the unventilated places
Because of toxic carbon monoxide gas in unguarded circumstances, the engine should be shut down
Start the engine
Inspect engine oil capacity by oil gauge, check the gasoline volume and coolant. Add fuel if insufficiency. Be sure to erect the main stand and make rear wheel out of ground.
Insert key and turn ignition switch to position
Apply front or rear brake lever to connect the power for starting when using electric start.
When engine is cool, especially in winter, turn ignition switch to position
slightly turn the throttle
grip and press the electric starter button for several times to start the engine. Accelerate slowly and
drive after thermometer needle indicating mark C or above.
Open ignition switch and use electric start when engine is warm. The vehicle will be started successfully because of using advanced electromagnetism start carburetor.
Warning
Don’t leave engine operating excessively without driving; the engine may easily be damaged.

Driving the motorcycle
s Retract side stand or main stand
s Side stand is at the left side of vehicle. When vehicle stops, please kick the side stand down. When
the vehicle is turn upright, side stand will self-back automatically. Be sure of side stand is back to
the original position before driving.
s Carefully when motorcycle started, before the absence of traffic, the braking condition should be
maintained
Warning
Before motorcycle moving , we must check the location of side stand carefully .If side stand is away
from the location, when turn left ,the side stand may touch ground and result loss of balance, causing
dangerous .
s Release brake lever - It is dangerous to release the brake lever suddenly while the engine acceleration is high.
s Rotate the throttle grip - Release the brake level and slowly rotate the throttle grip, Do not rotate
suddenly to prevent the vehicle from rushing out. Do not accelerate or reduce speed rapidly to save
fuel and prolong the life of your vehicle driving.
s Driving correctly - Before started, look around and confirm that is safe to driving.
s Speed is controlled by throttle grip - Inward rotation: When throttle grip turn inward, the speed
change faster, so must refueled slowly. When start or upgrade, turn throttle grip back slowly, and
power will increase. Returned: When throttle grip turn outward, the speed get slowly, reduction act
must quickly.
s Wear-in period - Maximum speed should not be reached 60KM/h during the first 1500 km traveled.

Be sure to perform inspection and maintenance after the new vehicle is ridden for 300 Km, replace the
engine oil and gear oil.
s Use of front and rear brakes - Always use both front and rear brakes to avoid excessive wear of the
disc, pads and tires. Using only the front or rear brake increases the risk of tip over due to potential
vehicle ’pull’.
s Stopping distance lengthen based on rate of travel. Please maintain a safe stopping distance
between vehicles
s Do not brake or swerve peremptorily - Suddenly braking or swerving is the main reason to cause
slip or accident.
s Driving carefully in rainy day - It’s wet and slip in rainy day, and braking distance get long, so must
slow down and maintain adequate safety distance, drive with cautious and brake advanced.
Parking
s When close to packing lot:: open turn indicator, observe rearview mirror, pay attention to the past
vehicles, decelerate slowly. Close accelerator, and the use of front and rear brakes, then brake
lamps turn on, in order to warn vehicles behind.
s Packing:
s Close turn indicator, and pull the switch to position
Put side stand in the flat area, not impede
traffic, the car overturned easily in uneven place. Seize the direction with t left hand, and grasp rear
luggage rack with right hand, and step on the main stand, then pull the car towards backward with
right hand. After the car is parked, please lock turn, remove keys to prevent accidents.

Warning
s Once engine work, Mufflers will become very hot, must pay attention to avoid scalding
s Just stopped, please do not contact Mufflers and engine-related components, and attention to park
the car in the place where the side of Mufflers is difficult to reach
s Troubleshooting
s If the engine can not be started in a normal time, please check the following items:
s A, if the oil in the fuel tank is sufficient.
s B, start the engine several times to check whether the fuel is into the carburetor.
s C, if the fuel is into the carburetor, ignition system should be checked.
s D, remove the spark plugs and make it treat the engine’s metal body, and then start the engine to
check whether there is spark jumping, if jumps over sparkles sly, please hand it over to the sale on
commission unit overhauls.
s Warning: do not enable the spark plug to approach the spark plug hole that at the forehead of the
air cylinder or close to fuel oil tank, , because the fuel oil steam can ignite, that may cause the fire
danger.
s Attention: If you cannot determine the breakdown, please contact with the sales promptly, because
they have the best technology and the corresponding special-purpose tool, and could provide the
best service for you. Specially, when your motorcycle is in the warranty period please do not begin
to disassemble on motorcycle‘s spare part, this will affect the maintenance basis.

Pre-riding inspection
Steering bar inspection
Inspect steering bar whether swing loosely in every directions, whether are damaged and rotation
whether are tight.
Brake light inspection
Turn the main switch to position
.Confirm if the brake light comes on while braking the lever. Inspect
and clean the brake light cover if any damaged or dirty.
Turning light inspection
Whether the lamp is bright while starting engine. Inspect chimney whether are damaged or dirty.
Tire inspection
Front tire: 280 kPa
Rear tire: 280 kPa
If any tire is broken or exceeds the limits of tire groove depth, replace it with a new one.
Tires outside of specified pressures, will crack and wear, and will cause handlebar vibration, and could
result in poor brake performance.
Minimum groove depth
Front: 1,6 mm
Rear: 3,2 mm
Speedometer inspection
Inspect speedometer if it is working normally.
Horn inspection
Turn the main switch to position
and press horn button to check whether horn sounds.
Rearview mirror inspection
Inspect and adjust if angle of the rearview mirrors are proper.

Exhaust inspection
Inspect the mounting bolts and nuts whether it loose, start the engine, and check if has exceptional
noises.
Coolant inspection and supplement
Coolant is used to keep the water cooled engine works in a proper condition, make sure that enough
coolant in water tank before driving.
The engine coolant is essential for Water-cooled engine, if the engine running at high speed without
engine coolant will cause great harm.
Even damage Piston, cylinder, and cylinder head. Therefore, check coolant level before driving and
add in time. A high degree of coolant from (1) the observation can be seen, vice liquid coolant water
tanks should not be less than Icon (3) or more than Icon (2).

Hold up the main stand, removing the front mask on the cover (the front ventilation grid), rotation off
two bolts with fixed inlet, pullout the outlet gently. Press tank cover and let it counterclockwise rotation
,and take off water tanks , inject coolant slowly (recommended attendant funnel).When add coolant,
please screw the bolt down, in order to the gas inside can be fully discharged (finish that, screw the
bolt on). When add coolant for the expansion water, the at least to reach to UP scale. After that, fix
components in reverse order.
Warning
Just stopped the vehicle, due to high coolant temperature, and the internal pressure, it is easy to exhaust gas with high temperature. Do not open the tanks covered to prevent scalding, and not add water
until it cool down.

Pre-riding inspection
To ensure safe riding, please perform the following
inspection before operation of unit.
Inspection of front and rear brake
The free play of front brake lever is10-20mm. The
free play of rear brake lever is 10-20mm.
‘Free Play’ is defined as range of travel before engagement of brakes. Lever/pedal should move freely
throughout entire range of travel.

Brake fluid
What this vehicle uses is DOT3 or the DOT4 brake fluid. It cannot use
the remaining fluid of the opened cylinder or the brake fluid of previous
repair. The old fluid can absorb the moisture in the air. Pay attention to
break fluid; do not let the fluid splash to paint surface or plastic surface,
as it will erode the surface of these substances. Attention to check brake
fluid storage tank of liquid, if the brake fluid drop to lower limit ,adding
the brake fluid to the specified limit to the upper limit will be required.
When the brake pads old, the memory fluid of the cylinder pours into the
pressure pipe automatically, while the fluid drops along with it.

Brake pad
Check the brake pads whether wear to the limit nick or not. If reach
to the limit nick, should replace it in time to maintain the best braking
performance. If the braking system or brake pads need to repair, we

strongly advise you leave the work done by the distribution. Disc brake
system is a high-pressure brake. For security, hydraulic tube should be
replaced once every four years; the brake fluid should be replaced every two years.Do not drive immediately, when the brake pad just replaced. Pick-and-place brake pads several times to recover the normal
extension of the hold hands, and brake fluid cycle stably. At the same time, controls brake in low speed to
make it meet the requirement.

Inspect engine oil
Choose high quality oil and replace oil regularly to prolong the life of engine.
Please check oil gauge regularly and add or
replace oil according the limits. Start engine
and run in idle speed several minutes, then
stop engine, place the vehicle upright and
inspect the oil level.
Hold the main stand, and wipe out oil benchOIL LEVEL

mark, then clean it. Reinsert oil level gauge,
don’t screw it. Take out oil level gauge and
check it, the oil level should be between
the upper and lower limits. After the car traveling
1000 km later, filter the oil. Maintain cleanness of oil, the vehicle can be
used within 5000 km within one year since produced. Engine oil capacity/
exchanging capacity 1L/ 0.8L . Please use the engine oil that meets or
exceeds A.P.I. ’SF’-level. The fuel oil can’t less than the minimum level position.
When vehicle driving in dusty, cold and poor road conditions, the oil deteriorate easily. Please replacement early.
Please use the SF-class or exceed for the high-level, high-performance
engine oil. Type SAE10W/40.

Attention
Check engine oil level regularly during driving and supply it in time. Tilt parked or
on the slopes, the measurement of oil is not correct. When the engine just stopped

Storing the motorcycle
For long period storage, draining the fuel from fuel tank and carburetor, remove the battery, cleaning
the vehicle.
Inject 15ml clean engine oil in the cylinder, operate the kick starter to spread the oil, store it in cool,
dry place and do not store the motorcycle in direct sun light if the vehicle is to be stored over one
months.
Clean the vehicle, inspect the battery and operation of each part before riding when returning vehicle
to use.
Full charge battery and put it in a cool place, don’t keep it under the sunshine, and charge the battery
every 2 months.
