If you have a list of products on hand, the
fastest way to order is to use the Quick Order
tool. Simply fill in the SKU, quantity and then

Q. What if I forget my password or user name?
A. If you forget your password, visit whitecap.com
and click Forgot your password from the Login screen.
A temporary password will be emailed to you.
Q. How do I cancel an order after I submitted it online?
A. Call our Web Support Team at 800.944.8322 as soon
as possible to tell them you would like to cancel an online
order. Please have your order number ready.

You are able to create a
Shipping Address Book
to include all locations
that you ship to.
Having all of your addresses on file
saves time and allows you to choose
previously used shipping destinations.
Ship to Branch
Pick up your item at a local branch
instead of having it shipped to a jobsite.
Just select the Ship to Branch check box
and enter your zip code to find the
nearest branch with your item in stock.
Q. When do discounts, taxes, or shipping charges
appear on my order?
A. Any applicable discounts, tax, or shipping charges
will appear on the Shopping Cart page, as well as
your shipping confirmation email and invoice.
Q. Can I return items if I order the wrong items online?
A. Yes. Returning online items is just as easy as returning
items ordered by phone. A return label is included with
your package. Please complete the shipping label and
give the package to any driver from HD Supply or UPS.
Please note that if you paid freight to receive an item,
freight charges may apply to returns. Please call
800.944.8322 if you have any questions.
Q. How do I make sure I receive the promotional discount
for an item online?
A. During checkout, be sure to enter the appropriate
Promo Code (from the email or promotional mailer)
in the Promotional Code field of your Shopping Cart.
Any valid promotional codes and associated discounts
will be displayed in your Shopping Cart once applied.
