How to Use
CoVantage ONLINE
Registration
Go to www.covantagecu.org and click Sign Up in the upper right hand corner and follow the
step-by-step instructions. You will be prompted to enter information for the primary account holder.
n Your account number is six digits or less
and can be found on your member card
or member statement.
n Choose a User ID between 6 and 26 characters
made up of letters and numbers. It can also
include the period (.) or “at” (@) sign. User IDs
are not case sensitive.
n Choose a password between 8 and 32
characters that contains at least three of
the following items: lowercase letters (a-z),
uppercase letters (A-Z), digits (0-9),
symbols ( i.e. #, %, &).
n Choose three security questions and supply
answers. No two answers can be the same.
Occasionally at login, you may be asked to
provide the answers to at least two of these
questions for additional account verification.
n Choose a personal image (picture) and name it.
This image will appear on the log in page every
time you access your account.
For assistance, call the Contact Center at
715-627-4336, option 4. If one of the verification
items does not match what is on file, we will need
to confirm your identity and update your account
before you are able to register.
View Account Summary
n Account Summary displays a snapshot of all
associated accounts and their current balance.
n Use Quick Pay to make a quick loan payment.

View Account Activity
n Account Activity displays up to 13 months of
transactions. Choose an account in the dropdown menu under Account History. Activity can
be sorted by type, description, or amount.
Transfer Funds
n Transfers can be made between existing shares,
loans, and any linked accounts.
n Transfers can be set up as immediate, recurring,
or on a specific date.
Pay Bills
n Bill Payments can be set up as immediate,
recurring or on a specific date. Funds will be
withdrawn from your checking account.
Manage Profile
n Make changes to your personal information
such as address, phone number, and email.
You can also change your password, security
questions/answers, and User ID/personal image.
Validation may be required for these changes.
n Send secure messages to CoVantage for
questions or services related to your account.
Manage Alerts
n Set up email alerts for account activity such as
deposits, balances, check clearings, etc.
Logging into CoVantage Online
Go to www.covantagecu.org and enter your User
ID in the upper left hand corner. Click Log In.
n The next page displays the picture image and
picture name you picked at registration. If you
see a different picture image, verify you are
using the correct User ID. If you still can’t verify
your picture image and picture name, stop and
do not enter your password. Call our Contact
Center at 715-627-4336, option 4.
n After verifying your picture image, picture
name, and correctly entering your password,
you will then be directed to the Account
Summary page.
