Symphony Hall address: 75 N 2nd St, Phoenix, AZ
 Enter through main entrance of the Hall (next to Convention Center). The doors will be locked
but knock and someone will let you in.
 Check in & Check out with Volunteer Caption (BAZ staff member) – Sign in, receive volunteer
badge, receive directions.
Attire
For men – trousers and a shirt with a collar
For women – trousers/knee-length skirt and a blouse or a shirt with a collar.
No jeans or athletic wear. You may be required to stand for the duration of your shift, wear appropriate
shoes.
Parking/Transportation
Symphony Hall does not offer discounted parking or parking validation for volunteers & BAZ staff.


Symphony Hall does have a parking garage, $12 to park and no reentry.

Light rail use is encouraged! A day pass is $4 and there is a light rail stop less than a block from
Symphony Hall.

Volunteer Duties & Tasks
Gift Shop: Provide customer service, check out customers, re-stock merchandise and help clean up
display area.
Will Call Attendants: Hand out will call tickets at the Box Office. Once the Box Office closes, help Gift
Shop staff.
No show/Call Out
Ballet Arizona requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you cannot fulfill your shift. When you sign up
for a shift you are expected to attend, when there is a cancellation BAZ must find a replacement. Thank
you!
Volunteer Perks!
Upon completion of your volunteer shift, you will receive a voucher valid for ONE ticket to Ballet
Arizona’s upcoming season. Vouchers can be redeemed at the Ballet Arizona box office in person or by
mailing voucher to:

Maximum 1 voucher per production or special event excluding The Nutcracker. Volunteers can receive a
maximum of 2 vouchers per production of The Nutcracker.
