Others supported the event at the Home Run Sponsorship level and had a chance to attend the event. For those sponsors who could not attend the event, they had an opportunity to send a scholarship family of four with a Double Sponsorship. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, NOSF was able to host eleven scholarship families at the event. Among them was the Rutledge family who had the chance to go to the pitcher’s mound along with Grand Slam sponsor Morgan Stanley and have their daughter Sarah throw the first pitch. The evening began with an All-American buffet dinner in the 3rd floor of the Roost which has been expanded and updated. Following dinner there was a raffle of fun prizes including gift certificates to restaurants and other Mud Hen’s games.
