This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Contract Documents dated February 6,
2017 on the subject work as though originally included therein. The following
amendments, additions, and/or corrections shall govern this work. This form shall be
acknowledged below and submitted with the bids.
This Addendum incorporates the following items:
1. Question and Answer
There is a punch-down block that is shown on drawing ED-102, note 9 that
needs to be relocated. The drawings and bid documents do not provide any
information directing what equipment/devices are terminated on this block
nor do not indicate what cables (if any) are associated. Can you provide this
information?
Contractor shall relocate two (2) existing terminal blocks, one (1) duplex
receptacle, one (1) data jack, and one (1) telephone system equipment box to
new location indicated on plans. The existing cables have enough slack to
relocate the telephone equipment without the need to run new cables.
