Hands-On... Chanukiah Headband © 2008 1. Headband 2. Cardboard Put your headband on a piece of cardboard. Trace the ark with a pencil. Move headband about an inch down, and trace the ark again. Add rectangular tabs, so that it looks something like this: Cut it out and fold tabs inward. Tape the tabs to the inside of your headband so that the cardboard “moon” stands vertically. Cut out eight 3” pictures of candles. Cut out one picture of a taller candle to be the shamash. Laminate each candle. Stick candles to the cardboard frame with tape. How Many Candles?
