Make ‘Em All, LLC (“Sponsor”) is pleased to introduce the FLAT CAT™ Help Me Hank! Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) weekly drawings as detailed in Section 4.
Winning and receiving a Prize (as defined in Section 8) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set
forth herein. The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, May 20, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends
on Sunday, August 7, 2016, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The deadline to enter the
Sweepstakes is Sunday, August 7, 2016, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of the
Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by
these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects,
and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, Sweepstakes materials,
information contained on Sponsor’s website, available at http://www.flatcatgolf.com/helpmehank or
Sponsor’s Twitter page, available at http://twitter.com/flatcatgolf regarding the Sweepstakes. The
Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial, and local laws and
regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

You agree and acknowledge, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, that Twitter Inc. and its
owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries,
attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Twitter Group”) are not
sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way
associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor,
not the Twitter Group. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall
release the Twitter Group from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an
entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize,
or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United
States, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or
older at the time of entry. If a Potential Winner (as defined in Section 4) is at least eighteen (18) years of
age but still considered a minor in his or her jurisdiction of residence, the Prize may be awarded in the
name of his or her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed
on the Potential Winner set forth herein.
Directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, mandataries, representatives, owners, and members
of Sponsor and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, franchisees, distributors,
retail locations, suppliers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies
associated with the design or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family and
household members, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. “Immediate
family” shall mean spouse, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings or stepsiblings and each of their spouses regardless of where they reside. “Household members” shall mean
those people who share the same residence or domicile.
3. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes

Visit http://www.flatcatgolf.com/helpmehank and complete a Sweepstakes entry form,
which requires the following information and affirmative actions from each entrant:

First and last name;

Preferred email address for contact and notification purposes;

Country; and
o
Checking the box to verify that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) years of age and
has read and consents to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Limit of one (1) entry per person per email address for completing a Sweepstakes entry form during the
Sweepstakes Period. If a person submits more than one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor
reserves the right to void all such entries at its sole discretion. An entry submission received outside of
the Sweepstakes Period will not be included in the Sweepstakes.
At the time of entry, entrants may obtain additional entries by completing the following optional invitation
process:

After completing a Sweepstakes entry form, invite your friends to enter using the respective
share button on the entry form’s “Thank You” page. You will receive one (1) additional entry
for every valid and original entry Sponsor receives from your shared link.
At the time of entry, entrants also will have the opportunity to elect to receive occasional emails from
Sponsor including newsletters, special offers and product discounts. ELECTING TO RECEIVE SUCH EMAILS
IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO GAIN ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CHOOSING NOT TO RECEIVE THE
EMAILS WILL NOT IMPACT YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Using an automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes or attempting to subvert the Sweepstakes
entry process is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any
submission, the authorized account holder of the email address provided on the entry form will be
deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email
address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves
the right to require entrants to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, computer, online
or human error, technical malfunctions, any omission, interruption, defect, or any other error, including,
without limitation, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which may
constitute grounds for disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a problem occurs in the entry
process, the entrant is solely responsible for verifying that the entry process has been validly completed.
Sponsor shall have no obligation to advise a potential entrant of an incomplete, invalid or undeliverable
submission. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged
or returned. Entrant is responsible for all online charges incurred with any Internet service provider and/or
wireless carrier.
4. Winner Selection
All entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into one (1) drawing pool from which
potential winners (individually, a “Potential Winner” and collectively, the “Potential Winners”) will be
randomly drawn. As each day of the Sweepstakes Period passes the pool will continue to grow as
additional entries are received. Potential Winners will be drawn on the winner selection dates at 9:00 a.m.
ET as detailed in the Weekly Drawing Winner Selection Date chart listed below.

Within twenty-four (24) hours of each weekly random drawing, Sponsor will contact the Potential Winners
at the email addresses provided at the time of entry. If a Potential Winner fails to respond to the
verification email within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the email notification is returned as
undeliverable after two (2) attempts, the Potential Winner may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion
and Sponsor may select an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from among all remaining
eligible entries. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the secondary drawing, the alternate Potential Winner
will be contacted at the email address provided at the time of entry. If the alternate Potential Winner also
fails to respond to the verification email within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the email
notification is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, the alternate Potential Winner may be
disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor retains the right to repeat this process until an alternate
Potential Winner complies with the email notification.
5. Verification of Potential Winner and Submission of Video
Potential Winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and
winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Within four (4) calendar days of responding to
Sponsor’s award notification, Potential Winners must email a short video to Sponsor showing his or her
putting stroke (“Putting Video Submission”) as part of the verification process to be determined a weekly
Prize winner in the Sweepstakes and receive a Customized Putting Instruction (as defined in Section 8)
from Hank Haney with tips on how to improve his/her putting. The Putting Video must comply with the
Video Requirements and Restrictions as detailed in Section 7.
Except where prohibited, in order to qualify for a Prize, a Potential Winner also may be required to sign
and return to Sponsor, within four (4) calendar days from the date when Sponsor’s initial verification email
was sent, a declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, along with a video release
(collectively, the “Declaration”) via email to the address specified in the Declaration in order to claim the
Prize. If a Potential Winner is not the legal age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence, the
Declaration may be required to be confirmed and signed by his or her parent or legal guardian, and the
Prize may be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian who will be required to fulfill all
requirements imposed on the Potential Winner as set forth herein.

If a Potential Winner fails to complete, sign, and return the applicable Declaration or submit the Putting
Video within the required time period, he or she may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion and
Sponsor may select an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible
entries as detailed in Section 4.
POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS AS TO THE
ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, ANY CHANGES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND
THE SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON EACH ENTRANT IN ALL
MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
6. Grant of Rights
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Potential Winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast,
televise, digitize, and otherwise use the Putting Video Submission in any manner, form, or format now or
hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to,
advertising or promotion of Sponsor and its goods or services, and to use your name, likeness, and
photograph in connection therewith, all without further consent from or payment to you.
EACH POTENTIAL WINNER GRANTS TO SPONSOR (INCLUDING SPONSOR’S AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES,
EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS) AND THE HANK HANEY GROUP ROYALTY FREE, FULLY PAID
UP, WORLDWIDE, NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO USE, REVIEW, ASSESS, TEST, ALTER, DISTRIBUTE AND
OTHERWISE ANALYZE HIS OR HER PUTTING VIDEO SUBMISSION IN CONNECTION WITH THIS
SWEEPSTAKES AND ANY FUTURE PROMOTION. EACH POTENTIAL WINNER UNDERSTANDS THAT HE OR
SHE WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT FOR USE OF HIS OR HER PUTTING VIDEO
SUBMISSION, OTHER THAN WHAT IS DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. EACH POTENTIAL WINNER
UNDERSTANDS HE OR SHE HAS NO RIGHTS IN HANK HANEY’S CUSTOMIZED PUTTING INSTRUCTION. EACH
POTENTIAL WINNER UNDERSTANDS HE OR SHE WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT
ARISING FROM HANK HANEY’S CUSTOMIZED PUTTING INSTRUCTION WHICH MAY BE AN AUDIO FILE
FROM HANK HANEY OR CUSTOMIZED INSTRUCTION FROM HANK HANEY DUBBED OVER THE POTENTIAL
WINNER’S PUTTING VIDEO SUBMISSION, AT SPONSOR AND THE HANK HANEY GROUP’S SOLE
DISCRETION, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT PUBLICATION OF THE CUSTOMIZED PUTTING INSTRUCTION IN ANY
MANNER.
7. Video Requirements and Restrictions
The Putting Video Submission must be no longer than thirty (30) seconds in length and must not exceed
100 megabytes in file size. The Putting Video Submission must be uploaded in its original format as
directed; no Putting Video Submission from Youtube, Vimeo or any other video hosting service will be
accepted. You may be required to submit all original, raw, unedited footage used to create your Putting
Video Submission regardless of original format, size or resolution and, if applicable, the highest resolution
version of such original, raw, and unedited footage.
The Putting Video Submission must display your current putting style and must meet the following
content/technical requirements: (1) all content of each Putting Video Submission must be the Potential
Winner’s own video of his or her own putting style; (2) conform to all applicable licensing and use terms;
(3) not contain any third-party promotion marketing or advertising in any form or of any kind; (4) not be
obscene, indecent, violent, hateful, libelous or contain other offensive or inappropriate content, explicitly
or by innuendo, as determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion; (5) not have been previously
published; and (6) not infringe on any third party rights or otherwise violate or be prohibited by applicable
law or regulation.
Putting Video Submissions may NOT contain, and Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may
disqualify any Putting Video Submission that:

Contains obscene, indecent, hateful, or other offensive or inappropriate content,
including, but not limited to, nudity, pornography or profanity;
ii.
Contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress, without express written consent of the rights
holder(s) or a reasonably apparent lawful basis for the Potential Winner’s use(s);
iii.
Promotes use of alcohol, illegal drugs or tobacco;
iv.
Promotes a particular political agenda;
v.
Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks, including but not limited to,
words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race,
ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group, about other people or
companies;
vi.
Threatens any person, place, business, group or nation;
vii.
Contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures,
paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies
or other media) either without express written consent of the rights holder(s) or a
reasonably apparent lawful basis for Potential Winner’s use(s);
viii.
Invades privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity;
ix.
Contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying
any person (other than a member of Potential Winner’s family or community for whom
Potential Winner has received written consent) including, without limitation, celebrities
and/or other public or private figures, living or dead either without express written
consent of the rights holder(s) or a reasonably apparent lawful basis for Potential
Winner’s use(s);
x.
Contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead either
without express written consent of the rights holder(s) or a reasonably apparent lawful
basis for Potential Winner’s use(s);
xi.
Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good
will to which Sponsor or the Hank Haney Group (as defined in Section 10) wishes to
associate; and/or
xii.
In any other way violates applicable laws and regulations.
Sponsor will review the Potential Winner’s Putting Video Submission to ensure it complies with the Video
Requirements and Restrictions; however, such review does not relieve the Potential Winner from
responsibility for compliance with these Official Rules. Putting Video Submissions that do not comply with
these Official Rules or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may be rejected and prohibit a Potential Winner from being verified as a
weekly winner in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor makes the final determination as to whether a Putting Video
Submission will be accepted to meet the Putting Video Submission requirement of Potential Winner
verification. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse any Putting Video Submission for any reason at any given
point in time in its sole discretion. All such decisions of Sponsor are final.
By sending the Putting Video Submission, each Potential Winner warrants that Potential Winner’s Putting
Video Submission is not restricted in any way. In the event a Putting Video Submission includes elements
not owned by the Potential Winner, then the Potential Winner may be required to provide, if requested,
a legal release for use of such elements, in a form satisfactory to Sponsor such that Sponsor may use such
elements, in whole or in part, and any modification thereof, in any and all media now known or hereinafter
developed without territorial, time or any other limitation. In addition, if the Putting Video Submission
includes collaborative contributions from multiple individuals, the Potential Winner warrants that they
have the right to include such contributions in the Putting Video Submission, in accordance with the

provisions of these Official Rules and then the Potential Winner may be required to provide, if requested,
a legal release for use of such elements, in a form satisfactory to Sponsor and such the Sponsor may use
elements, in whole or in part, and any modification thereof, in any and all media not known or hereinafter
developed without territorial, time or any other limitations.
8. Prizes and Odds of Winning
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the twelve (12) weekly
winners will each receive:
o
one (1) FLAT CAT™ Putter Grip, in the winner’s desired size (slim, standard, fat or big boy),
with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of twenty-seven dollars and ninety-nine cents
(USD $27.99); and
o
one (1) customized putting instruction from Hank Haney with tips on how to improve
winner’s putting (“Customized Putting Instruction”) with an ARV of is two-hundred and
fifty dollars and zero cents (USD $250.00)
for a total ARV of two hundred and seventy-seven dollars and ninety-nine cents (USD $277.99) for each
prize (individually, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is
three thousand three hundred and thirty-five dollars and eight-eight cents (USD $3,335.88).
Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes.
9. Prize Conditions
Limit one (1) Prize per person (one (1) FLAT CAT™ Putter Grip and one (1) Customized Putting Instruction
from Hank Haney). The Customized Putting Instruction will not be a separate video instruction but instead
an audio file from Hank Haney or customized instruction from Hank Haney dubbed over the winner’s
Putting Video Submission, at Sponsor and the Hank Haney Group’s sole discretion. No transfer,
substitution, replacement or cash equivalent for the Prize or any Prize component will be made, except
that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the Prize (or component of the Prize) of equal or greater
value for any reason.
Hank Haney’s Customized Putting Instruction for each weekly winner will be emailed to the email address
which accompanied the Prize winning entrant’s Sweepstakes submission within twenty-one (21) business
days from the date Sponsor’s verification procedures are completed, as determined at Sponsor’s sole
discretion, including receipt of the Putting Video Submission, receipt of the Declaration and any additional
forms and information requested, if applicable. The FLAT CAT™ Putter Grip component of the Prize will
be sent to the postal address provided by the winner within ten (10) business days from the date Sponsor’s
verification procedures are completed as detailed above. Sponsor assumes no liability for nondeliverability.
Any depiction of a Prize, in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. If the
actual retail value of a Prize is less than the stated ARV, the Prize winner will not receive the difference.
All expenses not specified above, including any federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of
the Prize winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the appropriate authorities. In the
event that the Sweepstakes is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, the ARV of the Prize
will be awarded to the extent required by law.
In the event that Hank Haney’s Customized Putting Instruction, or any aspect of the Customized Putting
Instruction, is not or cannot be created by Hank Haney, for reasons including but not limited to illness,
disability, contractual breach, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then in lieu of receiving
such Customized Putting Instruction, the Prize winner will receive the remaining components of the Prize
(one (1) FLAT CAT™ Putter Grip), which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to the
Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation or substitution will be awarded by Sponsor, except
at its sole discretion.

PRIZE IS AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF
CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Entry Conditions and Release
You agree to: (i) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor as they
may be amended from time to time and (ii) release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its
respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, retailers, prize providers, distributors, advertising
and promotion agencies, the Twitter Group, SiriusXM Radio Inc., and Hank Haney, an individual, Hank
Haney Golf Radio, Hank Haney Consulting Services, and Hank Haney Golf, Inc. (collectively, the “Hank
Haney Group”) and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents,
shareholders, contractors and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any
and all claims, expenses, and liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes (including reasonable
attorneys’ fees), including, without limitation, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and
property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light
in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity,
infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death, or
personal injury arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry,
participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or
use of an entry. The Released Parties are also not responsible for any typographical or other error
contained in the Official Rules or Sweepstakes-related materials.
11. Representations and Warranties/Indemnification
Each Potential Winner represents and warrants as follows: (i) the Putting Video Submission does not
contain any virus, spyware, malware, trap door, worm, or any other device, mechanism or code that is
injurious or damaging to software or hardware used in conjunction with the Sweepstakes; (ii) the Putting
Video Submission complies with the Video Requirements and Restrictions, as detailed in Section 7; (iii)
the Putting Video Submission is owned by the Potential Winner and has not been previously published,
distributed or otherwise exploited; (iv) the Putting Video Submission is wholly original and, as of the date
of submission, the Putting Video Submission is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or
claim; (v) the Putting Video Submission does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual
property rights or other rights of any other person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy
and publicity; (vi) the Putting Video Submission does not and will not violate any applicable laws, and is
not and will not be considered defamatory or libelous; and (vii) the Potential Winner has the right to grant
the license in Section 6 above. Any Putting Video Submission not satisfying these criteria in any respect
will be disqualified and will prohibit the Potential Winner from being verified as a winner in the
Sweepstakes. All participants also hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties (as defined in
Section 10) harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind
and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or
alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of Potential Winners hereunder.
12. Publicity and Use of Personal Information
Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting a Prize, each Potential
Winner grants to Sponsor and the Hank Haney Group and their designees the right to use Potential
Winner’s Putting Video Submission, the corresponding Customized Putting Instruction as well as their
name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state address, and
other identifying information for advertising and promotional purposes for this Sweepstakes and similar
promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised
without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission.

EACH POTENTIAL WINNER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS OR HER PERSONAL IDENTIFYING
INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING HIS
OR HER NAME ON A WINNERS’ LIST AS WELL AS HAVING HIS OR HER NAME ANNOUNCED AS ONE (1) OF
THE TWELVE (12) WEEKLY WINNERS ON HANK HANEY GOLF RADIO ON SIRIUSXM PGA TOUR RADIO AND

13. General Conditions
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial, and local laws
and regulations. Winning a Prize is contingent upon accepting and fulfilling all requirements of these
Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right without liability to disqualify any entrant or cancel, suspend,
modify and/or terminate the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, including, but not limited to,
insufficient entries, any printing, seeding, typographical, technical errors, human or otherwise, suspected
or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if
computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or
corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or
any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prizes to the extent required by law for eligible
entries submitted up to the time of the impairment (and/or thereafter), or in such other manner as
deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering or interfering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation
of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all such individual’s entries.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT
BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND
DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or
enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be
invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be
construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the
meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.
14. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect
or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, technical errors, or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including,
but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections of the equipment or software associated
with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (iii) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part
of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the
administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or
property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in
the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of a Prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to
have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is to
submit another entry during the Sweepstakes Period through the methods set forth in these Official Rules.

15. Disputes
You agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this
Sweepstakes or a Prize shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any
and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or a Prize
shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Ohio State Court
located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual
out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but will in no
event include attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for,
and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied
or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive,
incidental or consequential damages, in which case the liability of Sponsor and the Released Parties will
be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the
entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law
rules (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the
laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.
16. Extended Meanings; Currency; Force Majeure
Unless otherwise specified in these Official Rules, words importing the singular include the plural and vice
versa and words importing gender include all genders. All dollar amounts referred to in these Official Rules
are in lawful money of the United States of America. Sponsor is not responsible for any damages caused
by delay or failure to perform undertakings pursuant to these Official Rules when the delay or failure is
due to weather, event cancellations, fires, strikes, floods, acts of God or the state’s enemies, lawful acts of
public authorities, delays or defaults caused by common carriers, or other events that cannot reasonably
be foreseen or provided against.

18. Winners’ List
For Sweepstakes results, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winners’ List – FLAT
CAT™ Help Me Hank! Sweepstakes c/o Make ‘Em All, LLC, 30339 Diamond Parkway, Suite 105, Cleveland,
OH 44139. The Winners’ List will be available after September 7, 2016, and requests must be received no
later than four (4) months after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A
PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
You have not yet won a Prize. The actual odds of winning any Prize will depend upon the total number of
eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period. You must enter the FLAT CAT™ Help Me Hank!
