What does the flashback help the reader understand? FORESHADOWING On page 121, read the definitions and examples of foreshadowing and then look at the examples in the "foreshadowing clues" box at the bottom of the page. Using your own ending, practice foreshadowing using the various strategies (setting, dialogue, action ...)
