* 40’ X 64’ X 12’ post-frame building including materials and labor to be built behind the current High School building at
401 South Oregon Street, Johnstown, OH 43031
* Building constructed with 3 ply laminated posts on 24” concrete footer pads
* Two rows treated 2” X 8” T&G skirt boards around base of building
* 2” X 6” side nailers approximately 26” OC
* 2” X 12” truss carriers on outside and inside
* Engineered trusses (5/12 pitch) will be 4’ on center with 2” X 4” purlins 2’ OC
* Metal roof with insulation and vented ridge cap
* One foot overhang all around building with vented aluminum soffit and fascia
* Metal siding with base angle
* 5” Seamless gutter and downspouts
* Two 12’ X 10’ insulated overhead doors on sides (CHI brand)
* Two 3’ commercial entry doors (Plyco W20 model)
* 9’ X 64’ leanto (3/12 pitch) with concrete patio
* One large double door entrance (Provia brand insulated double entry door)
* Two 3’ cupolas on roof
* Include excavation and gravel
* Include cost of stamped drawings
* Option 1: Perma Column post
* Option 2: Four 2’ X 5’ transom windows
* Option 3: Two 2’ X 4’ windows
* Option 4: 5” concrete with wire mesh, sealer, and saw cuts (6 bag minimum mix)
* Option 5: Single bubble insulation on side walls
