About ESP
The Iroquois Employee Services Program (ESP) serves as a benefits and information resource for health care
workers in Upstate New York. ESP provides a host of resources, discounts, and information to keep the health
care worker informed and appreciated. Employees can access significant discounts and services that are specially packaged and customized for Iroquois. There is no cost to you as an employee to access these programs.

Iroquois has established relationships and partnerships with various businesses to bring busy health care employees a variety of the best local, regional, and national discounts and services. Your ESP membership also
includes membership in RARES and Working Advantage. Explore the many offerings in Automotive, Computers
and Technology, Education, Food and Dining, House and Home, Personal Services, Specialty Stores, Travel & Entertainment, Uniforms & Clothing, and Wellness and Fitness. The Catalog of Offerings gives a complete summarized listing of the current discounts.

WHAT IS RARES? RARES is the acronym for the Regional Area Recreation and Employee
Services Association. Your ESP membership extends you a membership with RARES Association. RARES has been subcontracted to negotiate discounts for travel and entertainment for our ESP members. Just follow the instructions on the back of this flyer to access
RARES.
WHAT IS WORKING ADVANTAGE? ESP has partnered with Working Advantage to offer its
great discounts through ESP. Working Advantage has been able to pool its resources to
obtain discounts at online stores/vendors such as: HP Home & Office, New York Sporting
Events, The Sports Authority, Ann Taylor, and Overstock.com, to name a few. Planning a
trip to New York City? Boston? Browse their entertainment discounts; and you’ll find great prices on your favorite sporting event, Broadway show, or museum. ESP and Working Advantage have made it easy to obtain these
great savings. Simply fill out the one-time registration using your ESP member ID, and you will have access to
this fantastic employee benefit. Just follow the instructions on the back of this flyer to access Working Advantage.
Some discounts will be obtained online with a provided Web link or discount code; others require pre-purchased
tickets/coupons by mail order.
The “Your Benefit” box located to the right of each offering’s description within the ESP site will provide you
with the detailed information on how to obtain each discount.

How do I get started?
Using the membership I.D. number in the top right corner of the front page, log on to www.iroquois.org/ESP and follow the instructions on the Web site.
 Under the “ESP Member Login” area, click the “Register” button.
 Choose your facility from the drop-down listing of participating facilities.
 Fill in all remaining fields – email is required.

 Click on the “Register” button.
I’m registered; now what?
Now that you have access to the secure part of our Web site, you are ready to start saving. Browse the site to get an idea of what
discounts you are eligible for and how to obtain them. Try starting with the interactive catalog by clicking on the “Catalog of Offerings” button on the Home Page (see picture above).
How do I access the Working Advantage discounts?
 Go to www.iroquois.org and log in at the ESP Member Login.
 Click on “What is Working Advantage?”, fifth from the bottom in the column on the left side of the Home Page (see picture above).
 Then click on the workingadvantage.com link in the Getting Started paragraph to register and start browsing the Working
Advantage Web site!
How do I access the RARES discounts and order form?
 Go to www.iroquois.org and log in at the ESP Member Login.
 Click on “What is RARES?”, sixth from the bottom in the column on the left side of the Home Page (see picture above).
 Then click on the rares.org link in the Getting Started paragraph to register and start browsing the RARES Web site!
What’s the Monthly Giveaway?
 As a reward to you, the Employee Services Program offers a gift card giveaway each month. This is our way of saying
thank you for making ESP a success.
 The contest is open to ESP members only. Just click on the button on the Home Page (see picture above) and
then register by clicking on the REGISTER HERE button in the Monthly Giveaway box (see example here →).
 The button will open an email for you to provide your name, employer, and phone number, which you will
send to us as your entry. That's all there is to it.
 Only one registration per month. Drawings are held the last business day of each month. Winners will be notified by an
ESP representative.
