Reasons for the Decision
The Environmental Protection Agency has examined licence Reg. No. PO 117-01 for
the purposes of, and in accordance with, the provisions of Section 96(l)(c) of the
Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1992 and 2003, and has determined that the
description of the activity being carried on should be amended in order to best
describe the activities that are being carried on at the installation and thus facilitate the
operation of the licence.
The Environmental Protection Agency is satisfied, on the basis of the information
available, that subject to compliance with the conditions of licence Reg. No. PO1 1701 granted on the 26fhSeptember 1996, and amended on 22ndAugust 2006, as well as
any amendments noted herein, any emissions from the activity will comply with and
not contravene any of the requirements of Section 83(5) of the Environmental
Protection Agency Acts, 1992 and 2003.
Amendments
In pursuance of the powers conferred on it by Section 96( l)(c) of the Environmental
Protection Agency Acts, 1992 and 2003, the Agency amends Licence Reg. No.
PO1 17-01, granted to Kinerton Limited, Blanchardstown Industrial Park,
Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Henceforth, P P C Licence Register No. PO117-01 shall be read in conjunction with
Amendment A issued on 22ndAugust 2006 and the amendments set out below.
