2015-16
Dear Supporter,
In 2015, Community Housing Partneship launched our strategic plan, 2020
Vision, that codified the mission, vision, and values that will drive our innovation
and work in the years ahead. I’m excited to present our Annual Report for FY
2015-16, reflecting on our first year of work towards that vision.
Our focus for the year was to implement the foundational elements necessary
to support the three strategic goals outlined in the plan. This report includes
some of the highlights from these efforts.
I’m proud of our team and what we’ve accomplished so far, and look forward
to the next phase of growth! Thank you for being a part of our community. As
donors, staff, volunteers, and ambassadors of CHP, you strengthen our work and
impact every day.

support, advocate, and create economic opportunity. Each program we offer provides
a key step on the ladder to self-sufficiency.

Created and led the Debt Free San Francisco coalition, working towards reducing and
eliminating court and municipal debt for low-income SF residents
Organized for and supported the introduction of HR Bill 5290 to allow formerly homeless
youth and veterans to attend college full-time while living in tax-credit-funded housing
ADVOCACY
2015-16 Highlights
Began providing services at 666 Ellis, one of two former Housing Authority buildings,
bringing enhanced services and facilities to over 100 senior and disabled tenants
Created & launched a pilot version of our new cloud-based client success database with
a generous investment from Tipping Point Community
Developed and launched San Francisco’s second Navigation Center, providing shelter
and intensive services to the city’s most vulnerable residents. New facilities include a
kitchen, laundry, and program space
Began upgrading 666 Ellis. Renovations include a new roof, new appliances, elevator
and window upgrades, lobby expansion, and accessibility upgrades
SUPPORT
Employed 182 formerly out-of-work people (20% more than 2014-15) through
Solutions SF, who collectively worked over >12K shifts across 50 partner sites

soft skills to necessary for employment in Solutions SF, CHP’s social enterprise
