your employees and their loved ones.

Prudential Introduces an Educational Series
Focused on Your Employees’ Financial Wellness
Like most Americans, your employees may understand basic coverage and investment
concepts, but may lack the tools and the confidence to choose the right path to reach
their individual goals. Employees are looking for guidance navigating the financial planning
process — which most categorize as “overwhelming.”
The Prudential Insurance Company of America (Prudential) — already your trusted partner — presents an opportunity for you to offer an educational program that complements your
current benefits lineup — at no cost to you or your employees.
Prudential Pathways is a series of four in-person seminars at your worksite, presented
by licensed financial professionals. The easy-to-understand and easy-to-administer course
is a great complement to your existing education programs, designed to boost employee
confidence with the skills to pursue their financial goals. Since employee benefits can be
an important part of financial planning, the program offers you an opportunity to speak
about your benefits package. This value add to the program can help promote greater
understanding and appreciation of your benefits — and greater employee satisfaction.
