The special design and production technology of the Superfinishing Pads offers you globally unique processing of a vast range of materials.
Mineral materials like, for example Corian®, Varicor®, Wilsonart®, GFK, paints, varnishes, acrylic glass and high gloss surfaces can be specifically sanded - in the shortest possible time and with a minimum of abrasive material use.
Even without paste, the Superfinishing Pad can create high gloss and matt surfaces on stainless steel and other metals – quickly and
efficiently. The pads also open up a wealth of options for polishing and treating synthetic, laminate and parquet flooring smoothly and
easily. In the automotive industry, the Superfinishing Pad is ideal for the Smart-Repair procedure and for removing paint runs,
dust inclusions and overspray effects.

The Superfinishing Pad carries on where other abrasives reach their limit – giving you the desired effect every
time. The multi-layered construction of the Superfinishing Pad evens out variations in the pressure applied and
irregularities on the work surface and the abrasive plate.
Polishing, matt-finishing and refining almost any kind of surface is fast and simple – and the process results in
a surface quality second to none. Dust inclusions and scratches can also be completely ground or polished out
by means of full surface or targeted spot processing – without damaging the surface of the work piece.

These pads offer the highest processing quality, even for the most demanding applications like
ultra-sensitive surfaces and materials. Compared to traditional abrasives, the Superfinishing
Pad will give you up to 6 times more performance at the final polishing stage when
used with a hand-operated sanding machine.

the Superfinishing Pad SG2 ideal for final smoothing jobs, removing
paint runs and dust inclusions, processing and smoothing orange peel
skin, Smart-Repair jobs, leveling out border areas between differing
surfaces, preparing vehicles for further processing and finishing
stainless steel and nonferrous metals.
Both pads are ideal for wet and dry sanding.
When materials which produce a high concentration of dust
have to be dry sanded, we recommend the Superfinishing Pad SG – the open structure of its grinding
surface (the net) guarantees the continuous removal
