* Detailed hardware and software warranty information is located within ViaSat's Commercial Terms and Conditions
** Discounts are based on the quantity of units in a single order. In the event of a partial cancellation resulting in a lesser quantity such that the
customer no longer meets the discount threshold, an adjustment to the unit pricing based on the revised MIPR value shall be made.
*** Extended warranties must be purchased prior to expiration of the standard product warranty. In the event standard equipment warranty has
expired, contact ViaSat for additional pricing and warranty options.
**** Trade-in unit model number and serial number to be destroyed must be provided with the Purchase Order or within [30] calendar days after
receipt of new equipment. Destruction paperwork for the identified unit must be furnished to ViaSat as soon as possible but no later than 1 year
after receipt of the new equipment. If the requested serial number information and destruction paperwork of trade-in units are not received by
ViaSat within the time period stated, ViaSat will invoice customer for the difference between discounted trade-in pricing and full-price of unit.

******* The quoted Firm Fixed Price(FFP) repair amount applies in all cases to cover the costs of intake, evaluation, troubleshooting and repair. If a unit
is deemed to be Beyond Economical Repair (BER) or Beyond Physical Repair (BPR) the FFP and the above policies do apply:
• A Product is BER if the cost of the repair exceeds 50% of the most recent contract price or exceeds the firm fixed price repair. All such
determinations, including the basis for the determination, the repair required and the proposed price shall be provided by ViaSat to the
Customer. After receipt of the proposed price and any required documentation, the Customer shall provide ViaSat disposition instructions or
contractual authority for repair of the item including any additional funding required. ViaSat will not proceed with the repair until notification is
received to proceed from the Customer. Any disposal ordered shall be performed by ViaSat in accordance with all applicable regulations and in
accordance with all disposal procedures and requirements.
• A Product is BPR when the Product is not capable of being repaired due to the extent of physical damage. All such determinations, including
the basis for the determination, shall be provided by ViaSat to the Customer. After receipt of any required documentation, the Customer shall
provide ViaSat disposition instructions. Any disposal ordered shall be performed by ViaSat in accordance with all applicable regulations and the
Customer’s approved property disposal procedures.
