What type of service can I expect when the URA truck
arrives?
Standard delivery / pickup charges are for door to door only.
If items are to be delivered to a specific floor or area an
additional labor charge may be incured. Our personnel are
instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient
location.
Will my rental equipment be set up and taken down?
Set up and take down services are available, additional charges
will apply. These arrangements MUST be made in advance.
(These figures are based on setup/takedown during our normal
business hours and Do Not include delivery charges.

Early planning ensures product availability. Reservations are
taken on a first-come first-serve basis. We reserve the right

What is my responsibility for merchandise return?
Responsibility for requipment remains with the renter from time
of receipt to time of return. Tables & chairs should be stacked
and ready for pickup. All china, silverware, glassware, etc.
should be rinsed (food free) and repacked in the same
containers in which they were received. Linens should be
refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Mildewed or
moldy linen , wax or ink stains will incur additional fees.
What if I don't use something?
All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Credit will not
be issued for unused items.
What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?
We do charge for missing, broken, intentionally damaged and weather
damaged items. Be sure equipment is secure when in use and
protected from weather.
URA offers a DAMAGE WAIVER as an optional rental feature.
this relieves the renter of liability for accidental damage to rented
items. This fee is 7% of the rental charge. All items damaged or
broken MUST be returned to URA to be covered by the

What happens if I need to cancel due to weather?
If an order is cancelled by noon the day prior to delivery or pickup, you will forfeit 25% of the total. Cancellations made after
