HP-105 – Aliphatic Polyester Polyurethane

CLEAR COAT
HP-105 is a two component, high performance, water-based, solvent-free aliphatic
polyester polyurethane. The HP-105 was designed to provide superior performance,
excellent chemical and stain resistance, plus color and gloss retention. HP-105 can be
used exterior and interior and for a wide range of applications such as tanks, structural
steel, chemical plants, refineries, concrete and other flooring systems, and other related
industrial surfaces.
HP-300 Matte & Satin – Aliphatic Acrylic Polyester Polyurethane

The HP-300 Matte & Satin are two component, high performance, water-based acrylic
aliphatic polyurethanes. HP-300 Matte & Satin provides excellent weathering, color and
gloss retention for interior and exterior applications. HP-300 Matte & Satin have
excellent abrasion, impact, UV and chemical resistance. The Matte & Satin were
developed to offer a lower gloss sheen product; the Matte has a 10° sheen level; while
the Satin is ~50° (on a 60° gloss meter).

CLEAR COAT
HP-330 is a two component, zero VOC, 100% solids, heavy duty, self-leveling epoxy
formulated for demanding commercial and industrial applications. HP-330 can be
applied up to 2” thick with no out-gassing and has extremely high acid and chemical
resistance. HP-330 comes in clear and packaged ready-mixed colors and can be used as
a stand-alone product or part of a system. HP-330 can be applied to concrete as well as
metal, wood and fiberglass.

PRIMER
The HP-200 Primer is a two component, low VOC, low odor, water based, corrosion
resistant primer designed for moderate environments. This primer adheres strongly to
bare steel and provides an excellent barrier to corrosion. HP-200 Primer is
recommended for interior and exterior surfaces where extra corrosion protection is
needed. HP-200 Primer is a very versatile and can be used on many surfaces such as
concrete, aluminum and galvanized metal if a higher film build is desired.
GlossTek (GT-100) – Aliphatic Polyester Polyurethane
GlossTek is a three component, high performance, water-based, solvent-free aliphatic
polyester polyurethane. The GlossTek was developed for use on most resilient and nonresilient flooring; including: VCT, Vinyl Sheeting, Linoleum and Terrazzo. GlossTek is
environmentally friendly and can be safely used in virtually any occupied environment.
The use of the GlossTek reduce floor care labor by up to 95%; which can provide
facilities total cost savings of 30-70%. The GlossTek dries in eight hours.
GlossTek Fast Dry (GT-400) – Aliphatic Polyester Polyurethane
The GlossTek Fast Dry is essentially the same product as the GlossTek. The only
difference is the GlossTek Fast Dry has a dry time of 4 ½ hours. The GlossTek Fast Dry is
still a three component, high performance, water-based, solvent-free aliphatic polyester
polyurethane for use on most resilient and non-resilient flooring; including: VCT, Vinyl
Sheeting, Linoleum and Terrazzo. GlossTek Fast Dry is environmentally friendly and will
have the same reduction of floor care costs as the GlossTek (30-70%).
