lifestyle. It does not mean that they have any less interest in their bodies and ultimately their health. It excites
1 on 1 fitness to offer you the opportunity to buy into one of the fastest growing fitness industries in the world.
1on 1 fitness, with years of knowledge and expertise are excited in developing a new concept for the
specialised communities. This model doesn’t just offer you a gym, but an unsurpassed support and marketing
platform to ensure that your facility has the benefits of a professionally run yet personal 1 on1 business.
It doesn’t stop just at a gym….. we will guide you further into sporting and skill development within the
community and then ultimately sponsorships for athletes. which won’t just mean clothing, financial backing
and prize money (in conjunction with the gym) but continuous support and educational development through
our courses, training and eventually jobs for the lucky few all over the country.

latest equipment and techniques but you and your staff will have access to continued accreditations that are internationally recognised. This means that not only will you facility progress faster than the local market in SA but
you skills and service offerings will far surpass any other would be competitors in the market.
What the 1on1 Franchise is all about?
The 1on1 Franchise business model has been designed according to the needs of your target market,
a typical structure that involves initiatives revolving around successful business practises.
We strive to be professional and transparent in a fast growing and competitive environment and we aim
to be the leaders in an industry that has exploded in the South African market.
We want to give you the franchise owner as much freedom and control as possible by placing minimal
restrictions on the Franchisee yet helping you every step of the way.
There will be regular feedback and updates required and One on One will conduct continuous
monitoring and evaluation of each franchise so as to keep high business standards.
We encourage an open door policy.
Involved in the franchise will be the following elements:
1. Gym equipment
All gym equipment
2. Gym management systems
This includes account management programs, access control, employee training workshops, fitness
centre guidance and preventative maintenance programmes, Staff to Gym Member interaction induction.
3. Marketing and sales material
This includes initial, banners, flyers, posters, signs seasonal promotions
4. Gym clothing
This will include three full uniforms. Any additional clothing can be bought at cost and sold on.
5. Signage and Branding
This will include the in-house branding of 3 walls in the different zones and the gyms sign.
6. Community development programs (Rural Model)
Skill development through the gyms, identification of new talent and training, job opportunities and joint
Sponsorships
7. Continued education and certification (Urban Model)
All staff will have access to ongoing specialised qualification courses, related to the latest market trends.
