Homeostasis Project 7th Grade Science What are we doing??? ● ● ● Presentation in Google Slides Topic: Homeostasis and the Human Body Essentially, you are creating a presentation describing how a body system tries to maintain homeostasis when attacked by illness. Google Slides Presentation ● ● At LEAST 1 page of individual research sheet per student (handout) 9 slides ● ● ● ● 1 slide with names, class period, teacher, title of project Works cited page Follow the RUBRIC! Appealing visual style (fonts, colors, etc.) Content of Presentation ● ● ● Define homeostasis Describe your illness or disease and how it relates to your assigned body system Describe how your body system works and what it does to try and maintain homeostasis when attacked by the assigned illness or disease. Presentation to Class ● ● ● You will share with the class what you learned! Each member of the group must speak. Presentation must be between 2 and 4 minutes long. We will spend time in the computer lab or use Chromebooks to research and use Google Slides to the prepare presentation. You should know your MISD email to login and use Google Slides.
