IMPORTANT REMINDERS....READ BEFORE PAYING FOR YOUR CITATION.
1. Payments: You may dispose of this violation in one of the following manners: Appear in court on the date and time stated on your summons. Enter a plea of guilty by signing the back of your summons
and enclosing with a check or money order for your fine and court costs. No receipt will be sent unless you send a stamped self addressed envelope along with your payment.
Make checks and money orders payable to: Sullivan Municipal Court, 210 W. Washington, Sullivan, MO 63080
2. Seat Belt Violations: If the seat belt violation block is completed you owe an additional $10.00 (see lower left of your citation above officer’s signature).
3. Construction / Work Zone / School Zone Offenses: Mandatory Court appearance.
Payments must be received prior to Court date. Please allow 5 to 7 business days when mailing your payment. If you are unsure of the fine or have further questions,
please call 573-468-5627 Mon., Wed., Thurs. 7:30am to 5pm, Tues. 7:30am to 4:30pm, Fri. 7:30am to noon.

THIS ORDER SUPERSEDES ANY PREVIOUS FINE SCHEDULE.

MESSAGE FROM SULLIVAN MUNICIPAL COURT: You have been summonded to come to court on the date shown on your ticket. You may plead not guilty by coming to court and a trial date
will be set. You may plead guilty by mail or by coming to the Sullivan Court to pay your fine. If you plead guilty, you will be given a new date to pay if you can’t pay the day of court. If you want to
plead guilty, but you don’t have the funds to pay your ticket, you still must come to court. You will not be arrested for not having money to pay. If you are indigent, you may be required to complete
documentation to be determined by the court as evidence of your financial status and as an aid to the court in assessing fines, costs and setting of payment plan. If you do not come to court when
summoned to do so, you are subject to a warrant being issued for your arrest.
