We offer cakes, bakes, sweet and savoury platters
Adults can use our Coffee Shop
If own catering is supplied an additional R100 will be levied for use of facilities and cleaning
charge.
No beverages are allowed, must be bought at our coffee shop
Tea and Coffee for parents attending a party R8 per adult if ordered beforehand
Jug of juice for parents attending a party R40 = 6 glasses
Rules and Regulations
Please Note:

We cater for children of the age of 1-6 years old.
A party is 2 hours this includes 2 hours play in the venue and use of one of our
party rooms for the first hour and a half.
All children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party.
We have two party rooms so we can host two parties at the same time, if you
want the timeslot for your party exclusively then you need to pay an extra R200.
Your Party’s balance must be paid via eft at least 3 days before your party or in
cash on the day of your party.
An extra R100 is payable per party if your party is less than 10 children.
Confirm final number of children and names of children who will be attending
your party 1 week prior to party (no more changes will be allowed).
A non-refundable deposit of R300 is payable in 2 days from the booking of the
party is made, failing to do so the reservation will automatically lapse.
Once the allocated timeslot has passed we need to set up for the next party so
that we can make the next party as special as we made yours. You are more
than welcome to stay longer at the normal rates.
Unfortunately a penalty fee of R200 will be charged for every 15 minutes after the
booked timeslot has expired.
Children accompanying invited party children need to pay normal rates.
No alcohol allowed on the premises.
Table décor, etc. supplied by Margie’s Parties and Play remains the property of
Margie’s Parties and Play, and may not be taken home.
Parents will be allowed to enter their party room 15 minutes prior to their party
time.
A range of theme cakes and delicious snacks are available and can be discussed
with our party organiser for both party and adult catering during any of our party
options.
A 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of quote for cakes and bakes.
We kindly request that the number of adults per party be kept to a minimum due
to limited space at the venue, first 5 adults is free, there after R10 per adult will
be levied.
