Mindy Ackerman is an Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce where
she specializes in industrial and flex-space properties, representing not only tenants and
landlords, but buyers and sellers as well.
Mindy began her career as an office manager and sales associate, which gave her a solid
foundation in business transactions, and client services. Ultimately, Mindy’s interest was in
representing clients in their commercial real estate decisions.

As Utah moves more and more into the national spotlight, Mindy finds opportunity in
watching Utah’s economy and business-friendly environment grow, and enjoys sharing Salt
Lake County market knowledge. As a result, regionally and nationally, Mindy has become
the “go-to” for referral business. She has recently assisted companies expand to Utah from
across the United States.
Mindy’s involvement in the business and commercial real estate community, such as
Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), has heightened her exposure in the market
and industry. In addition, she was a founding steering committee member of Cushman
& Wakefield’s Future Leaders (CWFL). CWFL’s mission is “to create a network in
the Americas of rising professionals within C&W…to provide the most creative and
innovative services to our clients, becoming the best at what we do.”
Her variety of experience in the industry, management, accounting, and marketing, makes
