Pregnant women and nursing mothers are exempted from the fast but are strongly encouraged to join in the prayers Those on prescribed medication are also exempted but should join in the prayers The fast starts from 6:00am to 6:00pm daily. Please avoid excessive food when you break your fast. Exercise restraint You may drink water to avoid dehydration but avoid energy drinks and flavored water Avoid spending too much time in front of the television and instead read Christian Literatures, whiles devoting enough time in the word and in meditation Seeking the supernatural for greater impact in life and

Monday – Prepping for Revival – Hos. 6:13 I pray this note finds you doing well and prospering in our
common grace, the grace of God in which we stand.
I am excited once again that we are embarking on another
prayer and fasting campaign under the theme; Revive Us
Again.
Revival
is
needed
every
so
often
because
it
demonstrates our dependence on God.
Revival means to flourish anew, to cause to live again and

motivation and that’s why the Psalmist was desperate in his
prayer for God to revive us again (Psalm 85:6).

you
are
revived
you
become
invigorated
and
your purpose and to make an impact here on earth.
As we make the final push to the end of the year, I still want
to remind you that it is our year of breakout and the
breaker is willing to go ahead and breakthrough for you.
Join us in the exercise and remember that we live by faith
and not by sight.
