Impor tant Safety Instructions
Before beginning any fitness program, you should obtain a complete physical
examination from your physician. When using exercise equipment, basic
precautions should always be taken, including the following:
* Read all instructions before using the machine. These instructions are written
to ensure your safety and to protect the unit.
* Do not allow children on or near the equipment.
* Use the equipment only for its intended purpose as described in this guide.
Do not use accessory attachments that are not recommended by the
manufacturer: such attachments might cause injuries.
* Wear proper exercise clothing and shoes for your workout----no loose clothing.
* Be careful when getting on or off the equipment.
* Do not overexert yourself or work to exhaustion.
* If you feel any pain or abnormal symptoms, stop your workout immediately
and consult your physician.
* Never operate the unit when it has been dropped or damaged.
* Never drop or insert anything into any opening in the equipment.
* Always check the unit and its cables before each use. Make sure that all
fasteners and cables are secure and in good working condition.
* Frayed or worn cables can be dangerous and may cause injury. Periodically
check these cables for any indication of wear.
* Keep hands, limbs, loose clothing and long hair well out of the way of moving
parts.
* Do not attempt to lift more weight than you can control safely.
* Do not use the equipment outdoors.
Personal Safety During Assembly
* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in sequence.
Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later that you have to
disassemble components and that you may have damaged the equipment.
* Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate the unit
a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access. The machine is
designed for your enjoyment. By following these precautions and using common
sense, you will have many safe and pleasurable hours of healthful exercise with
the equipment.

Usage And Maintenance
1. Using introduce
1)Max. Weight is 150kg
2)When moving the machine, you can grasp the area of A, and pull it up.
Then you can move it.
3)When using the machine, you must ensure it stand steadily on the grand.
If it isn’t steady, you must adjust the Adjusting Knob of Rear End Caps.
4)The machine has self-generating system (no power required). When it is a
long time for no using the machine, you must open the Console take the
batteries out from it in order to protect the Console.
2. Maintenance
If the bolts and screws have the trend of losing, please lock them timely.

Function:
shift; Start; Level-; Level+; ENTER; MANUAL; RESET; RANDOM; CV; WEIGHT
LOSS; HILL INTERVAL; HEART RATE
Operation:
After all displayable parts having flashed for 3 seconds, the console will enter
the program for setup of each value, with weight to be set up the first.
1. After displaying, "SET WEIGHT" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed,
alternately in the upper digital window. Default 70KG.

2. Then set the weight by pressing "+" "-" button. The set value will display in the
HEART-RATE window on the right above.
3. After finishing input, press ENTER button.
4. "Please select program" will display in the upper window. Default "Manual".
5. Select your desirable program directly.
6. When program is selected, its picture will be displayed in the dot-matrix
window and the corresponding indicator lamp will light.
7. After finishing selection, press ENTER button, you will enter parameter set of
each program.
Set time
Exercise time set is available in each program. Set time directly if MANUAL
(horizontal program) is selected.
1. Then "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" displayed alternately in the
upper digital window, and the default time value is 30:00, which guides you to
set the time for exercise. (unit: minute)
2. Adjust (scope:1-99min) by pressing "+" "-" buttons, then press ENTER button.
3. "PRESS START" displayed in the upper digital window, "PRESS START",
then press START button to start exercise.
Set heart rate:
1. Only when "Heart rate program" mode is selected can the program of age
setup be entered.
2. After age setup program is entered, "SET HR 80" and "PRESS ENTER" will
be displayed alternately in the upper digital window.
3. Adjust heart rate setting by pressing "+" "-"buttons.
4. After finishing input, press ENTER button.
Shift parameter and windows
1. After start mode is entered, for all programs load level can be adjusted by
pressing "+" "-" buttons. Except "heart rate program".
2. There are various levels rating 1~20 available for load adjustment.
3. Review of each counted number. Press SHIFT button to select other values
displayed in the digital window.
When the time is counted down to 0:00, the console will stop automatically.
Manual
Default MANUAL MODE after Power on or press "Manual key" to MANUAL
MODE after stop.
1. "SET WEIGHT " and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window. The initial value "70kg" is displayed in the window.
2. Press "+" "-" buttons to set the weight. After finishing input, press "ENTER"
button.
3. Then "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" displayed alternately in the
upper digital window, and the default time value is 30:00, which guides you to
set the time for exercise. (unit: minute)

Random
1. Press RANDOM button to choose RANDOM PROGRAM, then the picture of
random program is displayed in the dot-matrix, and random program lamp will
light. Every time RANDOM button is pressed, the picture changes.
2. "SET WEIGHT " and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window. The initial value "70kg" is displayed in the window.
3. Press "+" "-" buttons to set the weight. After finishing input, press "ENTER"
button.
4. "SET LEVEL 1" and "PRESS ENTER" will be displayed alternately in the
upper digital window, and press "+" "-" buttons to set the rate of resistance,
then press ENTER button.
5. "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window, the initial value of time displayed in the digital window is 30:00.
6. Press "+" "-" buttons to set your desirable value for exercise time, and press "
ENTER" button.
7. "PRESS START" is shown on the upper digital window, then press START
button allows you to enter the RANDOM PROGRAM and start exercising.
CV program:
1. Press "CV" button to choose RANDOM PROGRAM.
2. "SET WEIGHT" and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window. The initial value "70kg" is displayed in the window.
3. Press "+" "-" buttons to set the weight. After finishing input, press "ENTER"
button.
4. "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed alternately in the
upper digital window, and the default value 30:00 is shown on the digital
window.
5. Press "+" "-" buttons to set your desirable exercise time, then press ENTER
button.
6. "PRESS START" is displayed in the digital window, then press START button
allows you to enter CV program and start exercising.
Heart rate
1. Press "Heart rate" button to choose HEART RATE program.
2. "SET WEIGHT" and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window. The initial value "70kg" is displayed in the window.
3. Press "+" "-" buttons to set the weight. After finishing input, press "ENTER"
button.
4. "SET HR 80" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed alternately in the dot-matrix
window, the default heart rate 80 is shown in the upper digital window.
5. Press "+" "-" buttons to set your desirable heart rate, then press ENTER button.
6. "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed alternately in the dotmatrix window, the default value of time shown on the digital window is 30:00.
7. Press "+" "-" buttons to set your desirable exercise time, Then press ENTER
button.
8. "PRESS START" is displayed in the upper digital window, Then press START
button allows you to enter heartbeat program and start exercising.
Weight loss program:
1. Press WEIGHT LOSS button or "+" "-" buttons to choose WEIGHT LOSS
program, the picture of this program will be shown in the dot-matrix window,
and WEIGHT LOSS indicator lamp will be on.
2. "SET WEIGHT" and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window. The initial value "70kg" is displayed in the window.
3. Press "+" "-" buttons to set the weight. After finishing input, press "ENTER"
button.
4. "SET LEVEL 1" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed in the dot-matrix window.
5. Press "+" "-" buttons to set your desirable LEVEL of resistance, then press
ENTER button.
6. "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed alternately in the dotmatrix window, the default time value 30:00 is shown in the digital window.
7. Press "+" "-" buttons to your desired exercise time, and press ENTER button.
8. "PRESS START" is displayed in the dot-matrix, then press START button
allows you to enter the WEIGHT LOSS program and start exercising.
Mountain
1. Press Hill INTERVAL button or "+" "-" buttons to choose MOUNTAIN
CLIMBING program, The picture of this program will be shown in the dot-matrix
window, and Hill INTERVAL indicator lamp will be on.
2. "SET WEIGHT" and "PRESS ENTER" is displayed alternately in the upper
digital window. The initial value "70kg" is displayed in the window.
3. Press "+" "-" buttons to set the weight. After finishing input, press "ENTER"
button.
4. "SET TIME 30:00" and "PRESS ENTER" are displayed alternately in the dotmatrix window, and the default time value 30:00 is shown in the digital window.
5. Press "+" "-" buttons to set your desirable exercise time, then press ENTER
button.
6. "PRESS START" is displayed in the dot-matrix, then press START button
allows you to enter mountain climbing program and start exercising.
