Max Pacioretty, a Montreal forward, is
on the ice. A player on the other team
has the puck. Max’s job is to get the
puck back in a fair way. The other player
is a little bit ahead of Max.

Max skates hard and he catches
up to the other player. He takes
the puck away and skates off in the
other direction.

The other player is mad that Max took the
puck away. He trips Max. The referee blows his
whistle. The other player gets a penalty
for tripping. He has to go off the ice for
two minutes.
