Real People. Read more about the folks that make up the J. Pistone Community. I got to know Sergio Abramof when as president of Cleveland Originals he asked me to replace him as president when his term was over. Being involved with him in such a diverse group of independent business owners helped me to appreciate the collective power of organizing, supporting local business and giving back to the community that was so important to Sergio. During the numerous food events around the city we participated in together I got to know an incredibly dedicated, determined and talented man. At once deeply engrained in both sides of our business, possessing both acute culinary skills and incredible hospitality, Sergio managed both with an infectious laugh and amazing fortitude. Tip of the toque to Sergio, he will be missed by all that knew him R ec i pe o f the M on th B lu e b e rr y -C o r n S a la d Using fresh Ohio-grown corn, and crisp juicy cucumber, blueberries, this is a colorful and refreshing salad sure to i m p re s s whether tab le table. yo u r at or the t he guests picnic d inn er Try this recipe with our CitrusMarinated Chicken or our Grilled Beef Tenderloin. 6 ea Corn on the cob 1 cup Blueberries 1 ea Seedless Cucumb er 1/4 cup Red Onion 1/4 cup Fresh Cil antro 1 ea Jalapeno Pepper (minced) 1 fl oz Lime Ju ice (fresh) 2 tbl Pure Imported Olive Oil 1 tbl Honey 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin 1.
