Sessions, he invites you to get up close and personal in an intimate, relaxed setting: just him, Michael Rohanek on

Fletcher Jones Christmas Market Garden Party

The day will start with a parade from the original Fletcher jones shop (now the Kodak shop) to the gardens and
factory at pleasant hill. You are invited to join in, and don your favourite Fletcher Jones clothing for the walk.
The parade will gather from 9am on the corner of Liebig and Koroit streets, moving by 9:30am, and arrive at
Pleasant Hill by 10am for the market garden party, which will run until 3pm.
2016 Victorian State Cup
DATE: Saturday, 3 December 2016 - 9:00am, Sunday, 4 December 2016 - 9:00am
Warrnambool Kart Club are hosting 2016's Victorian State Cup. This is a major meeting for the year, which
determines the Victorian State Champion and is award with a black plate for their kart. There are about 11-13
classes which consist of cadets, juniors and also seniors. The karters race qualifying, three heats and then a final
to determine the winner. The racing is stretched over the Saturday and the Sunday, and all place getters are
awarded with a trophy or black plate after the meeting. Entry is FREE for spectators. Look forward to seeing you
there!

2016 Motorcycle Toy Run

Arrow and Arafura National Sailing Titles

Social Cycling
DATE: Every Monday and Friday 10.00-11.30am.
What to bring: own bike & helmet (If you have them), enclosed footwear & light coloured clothing, water bottle,
coat for wet cold & windy weather, mobile phone – if possible.
How to join the social cyclists:
-Register to become a member of the Warrnambool City Council Social Cyclists at the Archie Graham Community
Centre Reception.
-Collect a Rusty Riders Checklist; it’s a list of basic skills that riders need to have to ride safely with the group,
staff will evaluate if you are suited to complete the Rusty Riders checklist on the first Friday of each month.
-Once this has been determined come to the bike shed in Shipwreck Bay Holiday Park on the first Friday of the
month and have your skills checked by experienced members. Cyclists who can do all skills are safe to join the
weekly group rides; others can take the checklist home and practice.

Mah-jong & Scrabble
Dates: Wednesday - 1:30pm - 4pm.
Both Mah-jong & Scrabble will be played right through the holiday season! Mah-jong is a game that originated in
China and is commonly played by four players. The game is played with a set of 144 tiles based on Chinese
characters and symbols. It bears some resemblance to the card game of Rummy. A beginner’s table is available
for those new to the game. Scrabble is a word game in which two to four players score points by placing tiles,
bearing a single letter, onto a game board. The tiles must form words which, in crossword fashion, flow left to
right in rows or downwards in columns. Come along and have some fun!
