The parade will gather from 9am on the corner of Liebig and Koroit streets, moving by 9:30am, and arrive at Pleasant Hill by 10am for the market garden party, which will run until 3pm. 2016 Victorian State Cup DATE: Saturday, 3 December 2016 - 9:00am, Sunday, 4 December 2016 - 9:00am Warrnambool Kart Club are hosting 2016's Victorian State Cup. This is a major meeting for the year, which determines the Victorian State Champion and is award with a black plate for their kart. There are about 11-13 classes which consist of cadets, juniors and also seniors. The karters race qualifying, three heats and then a final to determine the winner. The racing is stretched over the Saturday and the Sunday, and all place getters are awarded with a trophy or black plate after the meeting. Entry is FREE for spectators.
