ORDER OF SUMMARY SUSPENSION FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH
MANDATORY IOLTA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND
NON-PAYMENT OF ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
On July 8, 2009, the Supreme Court of Tennessee adopted amendments to Term.
Sup. Ct. R. 8 and Term. Sup. Ct. R. 43 requiring all attorneys who hold eligible client
funds to participate in the Tennessee Bar Foundation's Interest on Lawyers' Trust
Accounts (IOLTA) program. These amendments were effective January 1, 2010.
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 43, § 14, the license to practice law in this State of
the following listed attorneys is summarily suspended for failing to timely submit
certification that all eligible funds that are required pursuant to RPC 1.15(b) to be held in
an IOLTA account are, in fact, so held and to provide the name(s) of the financial
institution(s) and account number(s) where such funds are deposited.
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 20.3 the license to practice law in this State of
the following listed attorneys is summarily suspended for failing to timely pay the
Board's annual registration fees. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 20.1, the annual
registration fee is due and payable to the Board on or before the first day of each
attorney's birth month of each year.
This order of summary suspension is based upon the representation of the Board of
Professional Responsibility that the required notice pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 43, §
14, and Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 20.3 has been given.

It is, therefore, ordered that this suspension shall be effective immediately upon
entry of this Order and that notice of this suspension be sent by the Board of Professional
Responsibility to all judges of courts of record in this State for enforcement.
It is further ordered that a copy of this Order be forwarded by the Chief
Disciplinary Counsel of the Board of Professional Responsibility to each attorney whose
name appears herein at the address shown herein.
