GROUP FITNESS DESCRIPTIONS

AMPED ARMS & ABS (All Levels)
Complete strength training for the upper body muscle groups and abdominal
section. Guaranteed to give you toned arms and a flatter midsection!
PURE KICKBOXING (All Levels)
This high impact cardio workout sculpts the entire body by fusing authentic martial
arts and boxing conditioning with cardiovascular training.
BRAZILIAN BUTTOCKS LIFT (All Levels) Specially designed lower body
exercise are designed to sculpt tighten and tone your rear assets, entire legs and
lean sculpted abs! Guaranteed to get you results.
PURE MUSCLE TONE (All levels)
Full body strength training workout that creates lean muscle mass and burns body
fat. All levels will enjoy this class.
BOOTCAMP CONDITIONING (All Levels)
Ten-Hut! Come prepared to work out; Sweat and tone your entire body in this no
nonsense strength training and cardio class.
PURE STEP (All levels)
A classic cardio step training workout, using THE STEP™. This energetic fat
burning class teaches easy to follow choreography done to great dance music.
CARDIO BLAST-(All Levels)
A 100 percent pure cardio workout that burns ultimate calories. Instructor’s choice
fluctuates from Boxing, Step, Dance and or boot camp cardio moves.
SHRED, TONE and CORE (All levels)
20 minutes of fat shredding cardio, 20 minutes of muscle building strength and 20
minutes of core conditioning. Expect to be challenged and receive a total body
reconditioning experience.
CARDIO DRILLS AND MUSCLE SKILLS
This workout incorporates 10 minute sections of strength training for specific body
parts, and 10 minute sections of cardio blast times three rounds. This is a
complete body workout.
COMPLETE CIRCUIT (All Levels)
A total body workout that guides you through a selection of circuits that are timed
and trained. A real time efficient workout to get you in and out fast and back to
your day!
CORE STRENGTH and STRETCH
(All Levels) and Yoga
Core strength exercises and flexibility technique promises to flatten your
abdominals and thoroughly stretch your muscular skeletal system. Classes which
include yoga offer flow that incorporates more core.
HATHA YOGA (All Levels)
A gentle vinyasa flow that carefully takes you through classic yoga poses teaching
concentrated breath and awareness of mind and body.
HI-LO-TO-GO (All Levels)
A classic high-lo impact cardio conditioning workout. The instructor uses faster
pace music causing the large muscle groups to work quicker which creates deeper
sweat and massive fat burn
GROUP CYCLE (All Levels)
This ride provides the outdoor experience indoors. Your instructor will guide you
through various types of terrains, utilizing gear and speed levels, all set to
motivating music, and visualization cues. Total cardio workout that torches calories
and burns fat.
H.I.I.T.™ (All levels)
A high intensity interval training workout. A full body conditioning and full cardio
workout is offered.
INSANITY ® (All levels)
This is a cardio-based, total-body workout that burns ultimate calories and
improves your cardio conditioning. High intensity, interval training designed with
athletic drills, the body will be moving, your heart will be pumping and you will
be dripping in sweat! Modifications are used to adapt to any fitness level.
KICK and STRENGTH (All Levels)
Is the best of both worlds; upbeat kick box cardio conditioning fused with total
body toning! A great full-body workout!
MAT PILATES (All levels)
Traditional Pilate’s exercises are taught to streamline the complete body. A
foundation of Joseph Pilate’s technique for ballet dancers is shared in this
workout. You will be guided through core strengthening, muscle lengthening,
and breathing exercises
PILOXING® (All levels)
Unique blend of Pilates and boxing, delivering fun that will torch fat, sculpt muscle,
and whip you into shape!
PI-YO Strength™ (All levels)
A Fun and challenging class that fuses Pilates and Yoga techniques that will burn
calories, tone muscles, work on balance, and get a great stretch!
PILOXING® (All levels)
Unique blend of Pilates and boxing, delivering fun that will torch fat, sculpt muscle,
and whip you into shape!
SIX PACK AB ATTACK (All levels)
30 minute of total abdominal strength conditioning that will definitely deliver
results. Classic and new techniques are
Fused together for perfection training.
SIX PACK ABS and GLUTES (All levels)
Complete legs, glutes and abs are the target for this excellent boot camp. This
total fat burning and muscle building workout is for your lower body only.
SILVER SNEAKERS ® (Older Adult)
Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are
offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing
support.
SPINNING ® (All levels)
This ride provides the outdoor experience indoors. Your instructor will guide you
through various types of terrains, utilizing gear and speed levels, all set to
motivating music, and visualization cues. Total cardio workout that torches
calories and burns fat.
STEP and STRENGTH (All Levels)
Is the best of both worlds; upbeat step cardio choreography fused with total body
toning! A great full-body workout!
TABATA TRAINING
Tabata combines intensity intervals of cardio and strength for a workout that will
challenge every cell in your body One Tabata session lasts for 4 minutes: 20
seconds work/10seconds rest.
TRED and SHRED (All levels)
Fantastic work out that leaves boring behind as you tackle various terrains, such
as hills, flat roads, and various speeds. Light weights are used to maximize fat
and calorie burning!
TURBO KICK ™ (All levels)
Looking for some fun? This class, from L.A, mixes heart pumping kickboxing with
some funky dance moves, all choreographed to the hottest music!
VINYASA YOGA (All levels)
This dynamic flow of yoga sequences linked to breathing is physically energizing.
By utilizing the breath as a reference, it will allow you to return and rest in the
present.
POWER VINYASA (All Levels)
A traditional Vinyasa flow that turns the heat up by increasing the pace of flow.
AMAZING workout! (BOOTCAMP) Holds poses longer and may use light weight
with asanas
WEIGHT TRAINING 101 (All levels)
Basic weight training exercises are taught to condition the entire body. This is an
excellent class for beginners
ZUMBA FITNESS ® (All levels)
Zumba Fitness ® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red-hot
international music and contagious dance steps to form a “fitness-party”
atmosphere that is fun and addicting!
