located next to the City of Stirling Council Building.
One of the more noted challenges faced by the
construction team was an early tenant occupation
of the ground floor consisting of a Kidney Dialysis
Centre. This meant that any interruption to services
to this tenancy were potentially life threatening to
their patients.
