A.I. plug-in that enables communication with the computer
in natural language
Communication (order processing, performing commands or inputting desired requests)
with the computer or computer applications, be it in the office, in the field, or in the car, can
quite often be thankless, if not a tiresome task. It can demand a rather big effort from the
users, can present an unnecessary waste of time, and additionally, it can require a sufficient
knowledge on how to use the applications.
Innovation that makes life easy
The essence of innovation is an intelligent interface between the application and the user,
which allows communication in natural language. Instead of clicking the buttons and
searching commands or relevant functions under numerous menus of an application, the
virtual robot enables natural interaction in plain language.
The technology behind
SIRIS uses the SecondEGO engine, including smart search technology called "CRAMMER"
- a language processing system, which is able to automatically extract facts from the text
and provide intelligent answers. The engine supports: two-way dialog, automatic indexing
of knowledge base, connectivity to any database, personalization, and the possibility of
learning and anticipation of user behavior.
Smart accounting with personal assistant SIRIS: the use
of business application through a natural user interface.
The SIRIS prototype, already being used by the first adopters, was developed
for, and tested with a cloud based application called ProGRAM - Accounting
Software and Services for Small Business. The system is designed for accounting
firms and for their clients – SMEs and entrepreneurs who do not want to deal with
accounting, but need a quick, easy accessible business information.
Questions and commands
Virtual robot not only masters the interpretation of individual features, but can
change text questions into the appropriate queries. It has the ability to understand
and respond quickly to questions and commands such as:
"Which bills need to be paid today?",
"What is the tax liability of this month?”,
"Account Balance for the last 3 months?",
“Record the invoice no. 1234", and many others.
