Kempen is pleased to invite you to its Spanish Property Seminar to be held in Madrid on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 June
2014. We are thrilled to have secured a high quality line up. This is a must-do event for listed property investors that want to better
understand not only the state of the market and its prospects, but also how the new and established operators are positioning to
make the most of the market opportunity.
The programme includes one day of site visits (25 June) and one day of debates and presentations (26 June).
Day 1 - The site visits provides the operators the opportunity to show in practice what they mean on paper, including a retail
turnaround project, a residential investment case and the look and feel of some Madrid office districts on the mend.
Day 2 - A broad and very knowledgeable list of speakers from the industry will discuss in detail the state of the economy and
property markets, the prospects for the new SOCIMIs, the continuing case for private equity, and the latest deals.
We advise everyone to arrive the night before, whether you plan to attend both or only one of the two days. Please note we have
scheduled a England - Costa Rica football event on Tuesday 24 June 18:00 in Madrid.
Please respond to event coordinator Naomi Banjaktoetoer to confirm your attendance to the event:
[email protected] or via +31 20 3488482.
The seminar has been organized in cooperation with the AECC (Asociacion Espagnola de Centros y Parques Comerciales).
