Accomplishments and Notable Changes for The Week
§
Production Control Integration and xMatters (with ServiceNow) – Jan or Feb 2015 (TBD)
o
Planning and Schedule Change – The ServiceNow, Production Control, and Footprints Teams met, and based
on the discussion it was decided that there needed to be at least one business process session in order to
properly configure ServiceNow for the GO LIVE/production date. However, that session will determine if more
sessions are necessary and will likely determine the new GO LIVE date. That session is scheduled for Jan 13th.
Also, developing additional Project documentation to provide a definitive and final scope of work.
o
Communication –Tanya Leigh Jansen provided a draft of the Communication Plan to Laurie Graham. Laurie
committed to review that COMM Plan and to meet with Tanya to revise as necessary. Once Laurie approves of
the plan she will send it to the appropriate individuals and groups.
o
Development – Awaiting outcome of the business process sessions to determine the extent of ServiceNow
configuration necessary, but also to determine if any additional development is necessary.

Development Change – The ServiceNow Team received one of the Recruitment Workflows so we were able to
start development for Recruitment. However there was additional information that was necessary in order to
move forward with development (we are moving forward assuming a minor risk of a potential correction to a
field data type later). This status should return to green by Jan 23rd if the Developer receives all necessary
information related to Recruitment workflows by Jan 16th.
The Project Manager will develop a project schedule and provide an approximate timeline
