However, that session will determine if more sessions are necessary and will likely determine the new GO LIVE date. That session is scheduled for Jan 13th. Also, developing additional Project documentation to provide a definitive and final scope of work. o Communication –Tanya Leigh Jansen provided a draft of the Communication Plan to Laurie Graham. Laurie committed to review that COMM Plan and to meet with Tanya to revise as necessary. Once Laurie approves of the plan she will send it to the appropriate individuals and groups. o Development – Awaiting outcome of the business process sessions to determine the extent of ServiceNow configuration necessary, but also to determine if any additional development is necessary. Servicenow project status report Accomplishments and Notable Changes for The Week (Continued) § CSS-HR (Human Resource Service Automation) - Administrative Phase - Mar 31st o § Asset Management for CSS-IT Provisioning and Procurement (PnP) - TBD o § § § Development Change – The ServiceNow Team received one of the Recruitment Workflows so we were able to start development for Recruitment. However there was additional information that was necessary in order to move forward with development (we are moving forward assuming a minor risk of a potential correction to a field data type later). This status should return to green by Jan 23rd if the Developer receives all necessary information related to Recruitment workflows by Jan 16th.
