Staffing All staff working at IDEA Services Respite Centres are trained in first aid, medication, infection control, epilepsy and health and safety training. Contact us IDEA Services Respite Centres If you would like more information about our services please contact: A centre for the support and care of young people with intellectual disabilities “Our staff aim to maintain your own standards of support and care for the duration of your child’s stay”. There are regular team meetings for staff to discuss procedures and practices and the support needs of each child/young person, to make sure all staff are working in the same way.
