Zarda’s selection of smoked meats and famous baked beans

CATERING POLICIES
• Reservations are made at the time of booking. You will be
asked to estimate the number of guests for your event.
• Confirmation of your catering order will be done
by phone and a final headcount will need to
be made two days prior to your event.
• Banquet Room policies vary by location.
ZARDA BANQUET ROOM
Need a place for a meeting or party? Zarda has banquet
rooms in both of our restaurants, each with private
seating, zoned radio, lighting and temperature control.

• Payments may be made by cash, credit card or
business check and are due on the day of your event.
• Delivery & Set-Up is available and will be quoted
on a per order basis. Plates and Plasticware
included on all per person menu plans.
• If Delivery & Set-Up is chosen, you will receive
one hour of serving time with Zarda staff and
equipment. Additional hours of serving time are
available and at $25 per hour per employee.
• All catering orders are subject to Kansas or Missouri
sales tax, which is not included in the prices.
