What is Bannitoba
• A cost friendly, nutritionally balanced,
shelf stable dry Bannock mix
• Aimed to improve the diets of Northern
Canadians with a traditional substitute
Who We Are
• We are two Metis individuals who aspired to
make a healthy diet possible for everyone
• Our product is a dry bagged mix that one simply
adds water, vegetable oil and canned chickpeas
for a healthier bannock to what’s available
