Rosana has helped to improve the business climate of
women and minorities in the Kansas City area and
elsewhere through her efforts as the past National and
Local Chairperson of NAWIC‟s Business Owners Council, as
an alternate to the Coalition of Greater Kansas City
Missouri to review construction projects for the
participation of women and minority contractors on bid
jobs for the city of Kansas City Missouri, as a committee
member for the Builders Association Public Relations
Committee, as a President of KC CREW, as a board
member for the Downtown Council and as a valued
member of Women Construction Owners and Executives,
Kansas City Council of Women Business Owners, Minority
