Ensure Last Name, First Name, and Middle Initial is filled in. 2. Please use student's Colleague ID number, not the SSN. 3. Please provide a Daytime Phone number. 4. Ensure the Primary Email Address field has been filled in with your personal, active e-mail address (not the EagleMail address). 5. Please do not forget to enter the correct Military Affiliation information 6. Please activate EagleMail ASAP because all official CTC HC correspondence will go via EagleMail. Follow the link:http://www.ctcd.edu/students/current-ctc-students/student-email/ 7. The Address box should always be filled in, even if there has been no change of address. Please check either “yes” or “no” whether there has been a change of address. Also, check either “Local/Mailing” or “Permanent.” Step 2 – Entering Classes’ Schedule Information You can enter more classes to one Registration form, but please do not ever mix the Distance Learning classes and non-DL classes. See the correctly populated Registration forms below. Face to Face classes, Hybrid classes, Independent Studies classes You can see the information on our CTC Europe website – CTC Europe Term Schedule http://www.ctcd.edu/locations/europe/programs/votech/schedule/ All Independent Study courses are listed together, and you can find them on the link below. http://www.ctcd.edu/locations/europe/programs/independent-study/ 1. The Student’s Location field is for the student’s site code. If you were to register in Ramstein office, the field would read “ECRAM.” Please do not enter the name of a city, the name of the base where you live and work, or any other code. You need to use your site’s code. Ask your Site Coordinator. 2. The Term and Year should be filled in, e.g. Term 3, Year 2016. For the accurate information, check the CTC Europe website http://www.ctcd.edu/locations/europe/programs/votech/schedule/ 3. The Location Code for F2F, HY, or IS courses is as noted in the text above. 4. Ensure the course name and numbers are correct (e.g. MTMS 2370). Registration must have the correct Line Number (LN) that has to be entered under the Synonym number field on the Reg. Form. (Ask your Site Coordinator) 5. Ensure Class Dates, Credit, and Instructor’s name are filled in correctly. 6. Ensure you have signed and dated the form. Distance Learning Classes Entering Classes’ Schedule Information 1. The Student’s Location field is for the student’s site code. If I were to register in Ramstein, the field would read “ECRAM.” Please do not enter the name of a city or the name of the base where you live or work. Ask your Site Coordinator. 2. The Term and Year should be filled in, e.g. Term 3, Year 2016 3. The Location Code for all online courses is TDLRN. 4. Ensure the course name and numbers are correct (e.g. ACCT 2301) Registration must have the correct Synonym number (see the DL classes schedule, e.g. 90346), and Section number (e.g. TD007). 5. Ensure Class Dates are filled in correctly. 6. Form column— classes’ duration (weeks) column— end date column—instructor Some distance learning courses require a prerequisite. Please refer to your Course Catalog (Course Descriptions), and inform the student if a prerequisite is required. Ensure you have signed and dated the form. 10. Send Registration form to [email protected] 11. Payment/TA records submission are due in 48 hours after registration has been processed in the system. Students who have approved TX Residency for tuition purposes will pay the TX resident rate, but only for the Distance Learning courses. Please do not send to our Europe offices any copies of ID cards, W-2s, LES, or other documents meant to establish residency.
