(I will explain each in detail, plus you can also add your own creative flair, and/or think of your own way to demonstrate your understanding.) Remember, this is a TEST! Show off as much knowledge as you can about the story of Anne Frank. You may want to include some details about the Holocaust and/or WWII, as appropriate. Create a child’s “ABC Book” about Anne Frank’s life. Start with “A is for Anne Frank.” Include the Letter, the Word that corresponds to the letter, a Picture, and a caption. You must have at least 15 letters…in order. Creat a cover, too. Design the front page of a newspaper. Write a news story describing a major event in the play (perhaps the occupants’ discovery or Otto Frank’s return). Write a human interest story about one of the characters in the story. Write an editorial on some controversial issue raised by the play. Include an attention grabbing headline, newpaper name, appropriate date, and teasers for the rest of the paper. Interview Otto Frank. As if you are a talk show host, prepare a series of questions about events and characters, which of course, Otto Frank answers. This may be performed in audio or video. Your must turn in your written script, too. Compile a scrapbook or a memory box.
