Schwingmetall Hydromount K2000
The Schwingmetall® Hydromount K2000 is a
conical mount with integrated hydraulic damping,
a technology well known from ContiTech Vibration
Control’s Hydromounts K3500 and K3500LT. The
K2000 rounds off the Series K Hydromounts in
respect of size and load. With a load range of
80 to 300 kg the K2000 suites very well as cabin
mount even for lighter cabins. It offers the amenities of conical mounts like very high lateral stiffness combined with high vertical damping. Due to
the hydraulic damping a softer elastomer can be
used for the mount. The results are less strain and
an improved suspension comfort for the operator.

Schwingmetall Hydromount V1500 Plus
The Schwingmetall® Hydromount V1500 Plus is
a further development of the well known Hydromount V1500. It is characterised by integrated
broad damping in vertical and lateral directions,
which works very well against impacts. The
V1500 is endued with an integrated pull stop.
The V1500 Plus has the same compact size of
the V1500 even the fixing points of the flange are
the same. The nominal load of the V1500 Plus is
150 kg. Therefore the Hydromount V1500 Plus
suits very well as a cabin mount for lighter cabins
like on forklift trucks as well as an engine mount

for a wide range of engines used on all kind
of industrial vehicles, from forklifttrucks up to

heavy construction vehicles. Due to the hydraulic
