For every new process service received, you will earn 1 reward point (the award will be sent to the person
providing the documents). Each time you receive a reward point you will receive a confirmation email.

Should I set up an account?
Do you offer after hours and weekend service?
Yes. Our service is available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Process service is not allowed on Sundays.
Please phone in any service requests on weekends or after regular business hours.
Yes. Once we have all the necessary information we will be able to tell you exactly what you would be
paying. Additional charges may apply if service is made at an alternate address or if the person being served
attempts to evade.
Who can serve papers?
How long does it take to have papers served?
Actual service times vary for a variety of reasons. Our standard service will be attempted within 3 days of
receipt. We also offer 1 day rush service and same day super rush service when needed.
COURIER/DELIVERY SERVICE
All of our process servers are certified (or authorized by law) to serve process in the county where service is
taking place.

May I check the price of a service before scheduling?
PROCESS SERVICE
Yes. There is no cost or obligation to set up an account and there are many advantages. You will have access
to online tracking. You will be invoiced with 30 days to pay. As an account holder you are eligible to
participate in the On Time Legal Rewards program for you and your staff.

There are several attorneys in my office. How do I keep track of who ordered what?
Process service jobs are invoiced as completed and will be sent wherever you prefer. We can separate by
attorney, paralegal, reference or any method your office uses to help you keep track.

Yes. For clients with accounts we will advance fees for an assortment of reasons to expedite the service
process on your behalf.
