PIA MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY
Membership:
PIA Western Alliance will automatically renew your annual membership on the first of the month representing your
anniversary date.
You can cancel at anytime however, PIA will not prorate your membership dues if cancelation for nonpayment falls
outside the termination policy (below).
Canceling your membership will automatically terminate your membership in the PIA on the first of the next month.
You can also terminate your membership by notifying the PIA Western Alliance at least 30 days before your annual
renewal date. Notice of termination must be received at least 30 days before your annual renewal date.
If your termination notice is not received at least 30 days before your annual renewal date, your dues end the
second month following the month PIA Western Alliance receives written notice.
Termination for Cause:
PIA Western Alliance may, at its option, terminate your membership if (1) you fail to make your payment, and (2)
your payment is late. Termination is effective on the date of the email notice to you. You are liable for all outstanding
financial obligations.
Termination without Cause:
PIA Western Alliance reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason if not prohibited by law. If PIA
Western Alliance does so terminate your membership, it will mail a termination notice to you and refund any unused
prepaid dues.
Effect of Termination & Financial Obligation:
Upon cancellation or termination, your right to use PIA Western Alliance products and services ends and PIA
Western Alliance can deny you access to any or all products and services.
