1. Prizes. You can enter the Packers Crunch Time Catch Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the
“Sweepstakes”) at any participating Pick ‘n Save®, Metro Market or Copps store for a chance to win one (1) of
two (2) pairs of tickets to a 2016/2017 Green Bay Packers regular season home game plus the opportunity to
participate in “Crunch Time Catch,” a punt and catch contest to take place prior to the Green Bay Packers home
game to which game tickets are awarded (retail value of tickets is $300/pair) [hereinafter referred to as the
“Prize”]. All entries for the Sweepstakes must be received by December 14, 2016. No cash, assignment or
transfer of a Prize will be permitted, and Sponsors (as hereinafter defined in paragraph 9) reserve the right to
substitute a Prize with another of comparable or greater value. No purchase necessary to participate in the
Sweepstakes. No reproductions of Entry Forms (as hereinafter defined) are permitted.
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin who are at
least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers and representatives of Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc.
(“Roundy’s”), Sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and all
promotional or fulfillment agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families
(i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and households, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
3.
How to Enter.
A.
To enter the Sweepstakes: (i) (a) purchase at least four (4) participating products, set forth on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof, in a single transaction at between December 1, 2016 and December 7,
2016 at Participating Locations using your Roundy’s Fresh Perks card and receive an automatically generated
Sweepstakes Entry Form printed at the bottom of your register receipt (one print per transaction), and
COMPLETELY fill in all information requested on the Entry Form, OR (b) print or type your name, home street
address (no post office boxes accepted), city, state, zip code, and daytime and home phone numbers (including
area code) on a 3” x 5” card [(a) and (b) referred to as an “Entry Form”]; and (ii) mail to: Crunch Time Catch
Sweepstakes Week 44, P.O. Box 157, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Enter as many times as you would like, but only
one entry per envelope allowed.
B.
On or about December 15, 2016, two (2) Prize winners will be chosen at random from all properly
completed and timely received Entry Forms (hereinafter referred to as “Winner”). When the Winners names are
chosen, Sweepstakes administrator, Metro Events Corp. (“Metro”), or its designee will contact him/her, via
telephone and/or mail. Winner may be required to sign and return a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk
prior to distribution of Prize to Winner. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours
after the first attempt to contact him/her, if he/she does not properly complete, execute and/or return the Waiver of
Liability and Assumption of Risk within the designated time frame, or if he/she does not otherwise meet the
eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, the initial Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will
be selected in his/her place from the remaining qualified Entry Forms.
C.
Crunch Time Catch Contest (“Contest”). The Prize Winners will participate in a pre-game punt catch at
a Green Bay Packers home game for an opportunity to win Packers prizes. Prize Winners will be notified of the
time and date of their selection for participation in this contest. Prize Winners may be required to sign and return
a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk prior to participation in the contest.
4. General Terms and Conditions. Sponsors and/or Metro are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid,
unintelligible, illegible or misdirected Entry Forms, which will be deemed disqualified. Sponsors and/or Metro
reserve the right to cancel or modify the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other
factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors and/or Metro impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as

determined by Sponsors and/or Metro in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to
disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be
acting in violation of these Official Rules. Transportation to and from Lambeau Field, parking and any additional
costs and expenses incurred in connection with Winner’s attendance at or participation in a Prize is the
responsibility of Winner. Seat location and Prize game date at Sponsors’ discretion. If any game associated with
a Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for tickets, but tickets
may be subject to standard policies and procedures established by the issuer.
5. Taxes. All Sweepstakes Winners and participants are solely responsible for their respective federal, state or
local taxes, or other additional costs incurred with respect to winning a Prize.
6. Distribution of Prizes; Odds of Winning. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will be determined by the
number of eligible entries received. There are two (2) Prizes valued at $300.00 each available for this
Sweepstakes. Total estimated Prize pool, $600.00. In the event that the Crunch Time Catch punt and catch
contest does not occur, is cancelled, or postponed for any reason, Sponsors will have no further obligation to
Winner. Contest Prize award is contingent upon winning the Contest. Value of Contest Prize will vary depending
upon departure location and destination and is not included in the Prize valuation.
7. Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant: (a) agrees to abide by these Official Rules and
further agrees that the decisions of Sponsors shall be final in all respects; (b) grants permission to Sponsors and/or
Roundy’s to use the participant’s name, likeness and statements attributable to him/her for promotional purposes
without further compensation; and (c) AGREES TO RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT
NOT TO SUE SPONSORS, ROUNDY’S AND/OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES
AND SUBSIDIARIES FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO
OR ARISING FROM ANY ACCIDENT, ILLNESS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY AS
A RESULT OF AN INDIVIDUAL’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCEPTANCE OF A
PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE.
8. List of Winners. For a list containing the names of the Prize winners, which shall be available after
December 30, 2016, send your request with a stamped, self-addressed number ten (#10) envelope to: Crunch Time
