JUNIOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL
We are proud to announce the grand opening of the Junior Beach Volleyball Academy (JBVA)! The JBVA will serve as the
area’s first and only volleyball academy dedicated to training junior beach volleyball athletes. The JBVA is committed to
being a leader in the Beach game in the Midwest, and we see enormous potential for growth over the long term. Beach
volleyball is already one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. The NCAA recognized beach doubles as a
scholarship sport in 2011. Beach doubles is a FUN, lifelong sport that is very different in many ways to the indoor game, yet
provides great cross training and potentially a second avenue to play volleyball collegiately. We will host junior events on
eight courts of premium sand at the brand new, state of the art DYNASTY Beach located directly behind the indoor
DYNASTY facility located at 7120 Gibbs Road, Kansas City, Kansas. The JBVA is open to ALL JUNIOR ATHLETES REGARDLESS
OF THEIR CURRENT CLUB AFFILIATION. The JBVA will work with junior athletes from ages 10 – 18. We have several
opportunities during the summer of 2013 for you to be involved listed below:
JUNIOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL FULL MEMBERSHIP ($480):
Includes the following:
 Weekend Clinics – 2 hour clinics followed by 1 hour coach led play (3 hours per day). They will be held on 4
Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer.
These clinics will train players in the fundamentals and “x’s and o’s” of beach volleyball.
Clinics will be held on: June 1–2, July 13 – 14, July 20-21 and July 27- 28.
Players 14 years old and younger train from 8am -11am. 18 years old to advanced 14’s from noon-3pm.
These clinics are the only place you will get coach-led beach doubles practices.
 Junior Beach League – Will be one, summer long season with the League Championships held on August 3 – 4. The
league will commence as soon as Dynasty Beach is completed and ready for play at the end of May and will be
open for play until August 1st. We will announce the date as soon as we are certain of the completion of the

 Full Membership includes a tank top and beach volleyball.
JUNIOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL PARTIAL MEMBERSHIP (formerly “Session #1” or “Session #2”) ($290):
Includes the following:
2 Weekend clinics of your choosing.
Junior Beach League membership for the summer.
Tank Top and beach volleyball.

Junior Beach League all Summer Membership (MATCHES ONLY – NO ACADEMIES/PRACTICES) and tank top ($170)
Free Play/Substitute Fee ($20)
Non-Members wanting an individual evening of play on the sand coming as a substitute for league play (not
Championships). Non-Member MUST play with a Member on the given day.
Single Day Clinic ($50/day)
Includes two hours of instruction and an hour of coach supervised play (3 hours total).
