SUBLIMATION TIPS Sublimation is a process that gasses dye onto something with a polyester coating. As far as garments go, you really want to use 100% Polyester, White garments. This will NOT work on dark garments or garments without Polyester. Here are a few tips and tricks to be successful with this type of print. I promise they will melt. If you have a seam in the apparel, Use a pillow to keep image from separating. The paper keeps the ink migration from picking up on either platen I use alcohol to clean platens when some forget to use cover paper.
